objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of LINC01510 and miR-93-5P in gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues. Methods: The clinical data of 40 specimens of gastric cancer patients were randomly collected in this study. The specimens of gastric cancer patients and clinical data after operation from gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018.All patients with gastric cancer did not receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery and did not have other malignant tumors. The specimens were confirmed to be gastric cancer after pathological section, and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa were taken from the edge of the tumor more than 5 cm.HE staining was used to determine the pathological type of gastric cancer and to determine whether there was tumor infiltration in normal tissues adjacent to the cancer. After RNA was extracted and reverse transcribed into cDNA,the expression of LINC01510 and miR-93-5P in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues were detected by realtime fluorescent quantitative PCR.The relationship between LINC01510 and miR-93-5P and its clinical and pathological features of gastric cancer were analyzed. Results: 1.HE staining results showed that the highly differentiated adenocarcinoma cells had large nuclear staining and mitotic figures with regular glandular structures, often similar to intestinal epithelium,In poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, the nucleus of the adenocarcinoma cells is deeply stained with mitotic figures, and there is no typical glandular duct,in which mucus secretion or acinar-like structure can be seen. The normal gland structure of the adjacent tissues was normal, and no obvious abnormalities were found in the nucleus.2.In 40 cases of gastric cancer,LINC01510 was highly expressed in 6 cases and low in 34 cases. The P-value(P=0.0006)was less than 0.05 by pair-t test. The difference was statistically significant, suggesting that LINC01510 is lowly expressed in gastric cancer tissues. In gastric cancer, tumor suppressor gene;in 40 cases of gastric cancer,miR-93-5P was highly expressed in 36 cases and low in 4 cases.P-value P was less than 0.0001 by pair-t test, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting miR-93-5P is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues and may be an oncogene in gastric cancer.40 patients were grouped according to tumor differentiation, tumor size, age, lymph node metastasis, gender, clinical pathological stage, and TNM staging. The relative expression levels of LINC01510 and miR-93-5P were compared between the groups. The results showed that the expression of LINC01510 was not correlated with clinical pathological stage, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation,TNM stage, age, sex and tumor size(P>0.05).There was a correlation between miR-93-5P expression and lymphatic metastasis.(P=0.0199<0.05),regardless of clinical pathological stage, tumor differentiation degree,TNM stage, age, sex, tumor size(P>0.05),suggesting that the expression of miR-93-5P is related to lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer patients.May be a new marker for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer. Conclusion: The low expression of LINC01510 in gastric cancer tissues suggests that LINC01510 may play a role as a tumor suppressor gene in the development of gastric cancer;miR-93-5P is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, and the expression of miR-93-5P is positive in lymphatic metastasis of patients.Related trends suggest that miR-93-5P may play a proto-oncogene role in gastric cancer. The expression of LINC01510 in gastric cancer tissues is negatively correlated with the expression of miR-93-5P,and there may be interactions.
