Objective: The types of pernicious placenta previa were classified based on ultrasonic scoring, and the clinical characteristics and maternal and infant prognosis of two types of placenta previa were summarized, which provided a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pernicious placenta previa. Methods: 67 cases of pregnant women who hospitalized and terminated their pregnancy were randomly selected from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital as the research object, all of whom were diagnosed as scar uterus repregnancy and placenta previa. The patients were divided into high score group(score ? 6)and low score group(score ? 5)according to placenta implantation ultrasonic scoring, and the age, gravidity and parity history, frequency of abortion and cesarean section, history of placenta previa, placenta type and location of pregnancy, hemorrhage during pregnancy, prenatal bleeding, intraoperative bleeding, hemostasis, hysterectomy, blood transfusion, termination of pregnancy, and the prognosis of the newborn between the two groups were compared, and the application effect of implantation ultrasonic scoring in clinical diagnosis and treatment was observed. Results: According to the criteria of placenta implantation ultrasonic scoring,36 of 67 cases of pernicious placenta previa belonged to highscore placenta previa,31 cases were low score placenta previa. There was no statistical difference in age, gravidity and parity history, frequency of abortion between the two groups(P>0.05),but the rates of two or more caesarean sections, history of placenta previa, and complete placenta previa and / or anterior placenta in high score pernicious placenta previa were significantly higher than that in low score pernicious placenta previa(P < 0.05),and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum blood transfusion, hysterectomy, postpartum interventional therapy, premature labour, low birth weight of the newborn, and lower Apgar score of the newborns was also significantly increased compared with low score pernicious placenta previa(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The incidence of multiple high risk factors and poor maternal and infant prognosis was higher in pernicious placenta previa patients with high placenta implantation ultrasonic score than patients with low score,so the placenta implantation ultrasonic scoring could reflect the severity of the pernicious placenta previa.Placenta implantation ultrasonic scoring provides guidelines for obstetricians to deal with pernicious placenta previa, which is expected to be used in perioperative management, thus reducing the occurrence of adverse maternal and child outcomes.
