The Clinical Analysis Of 50 Cases Of Pernicious Placenta Previa

Objective To explore the high risk factor and contingent response strategy of pernicious placenta previa during perioperation.Methods The clinical characteristics of 86 eases with pernicious placenta previa were retrospectively analyzed and compared with 60 cases with general placenta previa at The First affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university.Results There were significant differences in bleeding in the surgery,occurrence rate of placenta implantation, occurrence rate of blood transfusion, blood transfusion quantity,DIC,hemorrhagic shock and occurrence rate of hysterectomy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion pernicious placenta previa had much disease risk because the uterus lost tighten the ability and occurrence high rate of placenta implantation, as easy as a pie to occur bleeding in eutocia or after eutocia,DIC, hemorrhagic shock and occurrence rate of hysterectomy, we should be skillful at indication of the cesarean section, Blood transfusion to prepare.It is the key to the success of treatment that pay attention to perioperative manage and emergency treatment bleeding in after eutocia.
