The development of children during the period is the key period for the initial formation and development of their personality,and the early socialization of children is formed through social communication.In the process of communication with others,children can learn,master and understand social roles and social behavior standards,so it is of great significance to meet the needs of children's interpersonal relationship in order to form psychological and behavioral patterns to adapt to the new environment.Social anxiety disorder in childhood has a trend of further development and gradually serious.If not intervened,it will affect children's social function,lead to emotional instability,personality development is adversely affected,and may extend to adolescence or even adolescence.In adulthood,it leads to other obstacles to internalization,so it needs to be attached great importance to.According to relevant data,social anxiety,as a negative emotional experience,is only followed by depression and alcoholism.It is the third major problem that endangers the mental health of Americans,and it is also a major challenge faced by mental health workers.Up to now,there are some researches on social anxiety disorder.Most of the foreign countries focus on the pathology and psychology of the disease.However,the domestic research results are relatively few,and the treatment methods still draw lessons from the foreign treatment methods and most of them are psychotherapy.Drug treatment and comprehensive treatment are the main.Music therapy as a new comprehensive treatment in China Inside has quietly arrived,it is not only artistic but also scientific color,researchers have opened up to explore the application and development in addition to music aesthetics,and have achieved remarkable results in clinical application.Therefore,the author will deeply analyze the problems of children with social anxiety disorder,and use the theory and method of music therapy to follow up the cases of children with social anxiety disorder through group creative music therapy.In order to alleviate or solve the problem of social anxiety disorder,enhance their emotional support and emotional needs,alleviate anxiety,and then promote the development of social communication,their physical and mental health growth and sound personality.Education has practical significance.
