Study On Implementing Path Of Health Poverty Alleviation In Shan County Of Shandong Province

The problem of poverty is the first problem to be solved in the process of national development.Both developed and developing countries need to solve the problem of poverty to promote the progress of human society.China is one of the developing countries with the largest population base,and the economic development of various regions in China is not balanced.According to the data of poverty alleviation files established by the State Council,there are still 70 million people living in poverty in China at present,and among the many poor people,the number of people who return to poverty because of illness accounts for about 40% of the poor population.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to solve the problem of poverty by 2020.In 2018,Shandong Province entered the last year of the fight against poverty,considering how to help people get out of poverty and carry out healthy poverty alleviation work.This study takes Shan county of Shandong province as a case to analyze the implementation path of health poverty alleviation in single county,which has a strong practical significance for the Shandong provincial government to speed up the health poverty alleviation and strengthen the government function.This paper first explains the background and significance of health poverty alleviation in Shan County of Shandong Province,understands the research views of domestic and foreign scholars on health poverty alleviation,and grasps the concepts and theories involved in health poverty alleviation.Then it analyzes the path of health poverty alleviation,and compares the models of accurate poverty alleviation analysis.On the other hand,this paper analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation in single county,and analyzes the existing problems in information identification,policy implementation,action implementation and publicity leak detection,and analyzes the specific reasons leading to the above-mentioned problems.The solution to the problem of health poverty alleviation in Shan County is given,and it is expected that the single county government can realize the scientific choice of the path of health poverty alleviation from the perspectives of optimizing the information system for health and poverty alleviation,optimizing the preferential policies for health and poverty alleviation,optimizing the safeguard mechanism for health and poverty alleviation,and promoting the promotion of poverty alleviation.
