| ObjectiveChildhood Asthma is a common pediatric respiratory system disease.Its course is long and recurrent.It is a multi-factor disease.It is often characterized by chronic airway inflammation,including respiratory symptoms such as wheezing and shortness of breath,which are constantly changing and exacerbating over time.Chest tightness and cough,with variable expiratory airflow limitation is also a symptom.Its etiology is complex,if it is not properly controlled,it will seriously affect the children' s life,learning,and bring great burden to the family and the children themselves.How to control the condition of children and alleviate the high airway response caused by chronic airway inflammation needs further discussion.Director XXX of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine made,Tiao Gan Li pi Decoction" combined with silica gel Cupping therapy has a good effect on relieving asthma in children,but it lacks standard curative effect data.To observe the clinical curative effect and improve the status of AHR in the treatment of childhood asthma,with the therapy of Tiao Gan Li Pi decoction and silica gel cupping method,so as to provide further ideas for the treatment of childhood asthma,and to improve the clinical control effect.MethodsFrom 2017-5 to 2018-10,46 children aged 5-12 years with primary asthma were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.Children in the control group were treated according to GINA.The treatment group was treated with Tiao Gan Li Pi Decoction combined with silica gel cupping on the basis of standard treatment.Basie prescriptions of TiaoGanLiPi Decoction:Chaihu,Guizhi,Baishao,Huoxiang,Mangguohe,Zhigancao,Dangshen,Kua ndonghua,Dangshen,Fangfeng.Cupping therapy basic acupoints:GV14,GB20,ST36,BL13,BL20,BL23,BL43?Treatment Cycle:Take 5 doses of traditional Chinese medicine decoction every 2 weeks,and take the cupping treatment once,continuous treatment for 6 months.The children in the group completed the C-ACT scale under the guidance of their parents,and completed the bronchial provocation test to determine the lung function.Results46 eligible children were included in this study.In the course of the study,8 cases(4 cases in the treatment group and 4cases in the control group)were dropped off,38 cases(19 cases in the treatment group and 19 cases in the control group)were involved in the statistical analysis.1.There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group in sex,age,score of C-ACT and results of hypertonic saline stimulation test(P>0.05).The basic conditions of the two groups were comparable.2.The C-ACT score of asthma in treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Intervention by treatment group is effective to control the clinical symptoms of childhood asthma.3.The results of hypertonic saline stimulation test in the treatment group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The effect of intervention on improving airway hyperresponsiveness was not significant in the treatment group.4.The score of asthma symptom in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of intervention in the treatment group was better than that in the control group in controlling the clinical symptoms of asthmatic children.5.The results of hypertonic saline stimulation test in control group and treatment group were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionThe method of Tiao Gan Li Pi decoction and silica gel cupping combined with standardized treatment of asthma is effective in controlling the symptoms of asthmatic children and can be further improved and used.There is no significant effect in improving airway hyperresponsiveness in asthmatie children,and further study is needed to improve the status of AHR. |
