The Study On Common Quality Standards Of Clinical Outcome Evaluation Scale Based On Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveBased on the literature research,this study uses the form of Delphi method expert consultation to investigate,collate and analyze the methodological evaluation content of the clinical outcome evaluation scale based on Chinese medicine,and form a recommended evaluation item.The Common Quality Standards for Medical Clinical Outcome Assessment Scales,with a view to improving the methodological quality of Chinese medical scale-related research,and at the same time,using this standard to evaluate Chinese medical-based clinical outcome scales,further improve and enrich Chinese medicine Clinical outcome evaluation system.MethodsThrough the literature search of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,VIP Database,PubMed,IEEE Xplore,(EQUATOR)Network,and A catalogue of reporting guidelines for health research(Updated tables,31 October 2017),the search has been published at home and abroad.Relevant research on the evaluation of clinical outcome scales,constructing a preliminary pool of items,in the form of Delphi method expert consultation,at home and abroad,currently engaged in clinical work,scales,related methodological research,statistical research or related scientific research work of Chinese and Western medicine.The experts conducted consultation and investigation,and the core team conducted statistical analysis on the results of the survey,further discussed and analyzed in the f'orm of brainstorming,and finally formed a common quality evaluation standard based on the Chinese medical clinical evaluation scale.The clinical quality evaluation of the common quality standard based on the Chinese medical clinical outcome evaluation scale was carried out by selecting the reported outcome scale of patients with better expected clinical evaluation of spleen and stomach diseases.Resu ts1.Standard development partIn this study,through the two rounds of Delphi expert survey,the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 70%,71.43%,the expert positive coefficient was 70%,71.43%,and the experts with the deputy high and above titles accounted for 85.7%and 90%of the total respectively.The coefficients of variation were 0.063-0.412 and 0.043-0.353,respectively.The coordination coefficients were 0.237,0.247,P<0.05,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.912 and 0.854,respectively.All the experts involved in this study had higher consistency and authority.Sex,better geographical representation,subject representation.Combined with the results of the expert questionnaire and the brainstorming opinions of the core group,this study revised,added and deleted the items,and retained a total of 26 items,and formulated the "conunon quality standard based on the Chinese medical clinical evaluation scale." The standard is divided into"basic characteristics of the preset scale","method and result of establishing the scale ending model","participation subject and method","providing the reasons and results of each step change in detail","basis of the scale" 9 parts of "generating and optimizing features","providing basic features of each step study","assessment of attributes of scales","statistical methods" and "auxiliary information features and acquisition methods";including "management methods","Specific methods for establishing a scale outcome model","Preliminary results for establishing a scale outcome model","Patient survey","Doctor survey","Expert participation","item screening","conceptual framework","endline model" "Reaction metrics","sample characteristics","indicator characteristics","retest reliability","discriminatory validity","aggregation validity","predictive validity","interpretation","patient response" Burden,cross-cultural adaptation/translation,individual characteristics of the item,"providing statistical methods for constructing a preliminary conceptual framework"," standards and sources","software"," determination Research methods essential attributes","management and use manual "," Clinical Considerations,"a total of 26 items.2.Clinical evaluation section(1)Internal consistency reliabilityThe Cronbach coefficient of the reported outcome scale for patients with spleen and stomach disease in Chinese medicine is 0.714,indicating that the scale has good internal consistency.Semi-trustworthinessIn this study,the scores of the outcome scales of patients with spleen and stomach diseases in Chinese medicine were calculated by item sorting,parity and half-method to calculate the semi-confidence of the two semi-meters,and the reliability of the complete scale was calculated by the Spearman-Brown formula.The halving coefficient of this scale is 0.919,which shows that the scale has good item consistency.(2)Discriminant validityThe non-parametrie test was performed on the scores of the healthy person group and the patient group.The statistical results indicated that the scale was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the scale has good discriminant validity.ConclusionThis study collects the opinions and suggestions of multidisciplinary experts at home and abroad through the investigation of Delphi method experts,and adopts the scientific research method to develop the "common quality standard based on the Chinese medical clinical outcome evaluation outcome scale",which is applied to Evaluation of the clinical outcome scale of Chinese medicine.
