Observation On The Curative Effect Of Invigorating Spleen And Activating Qi Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Hp Positive Dyspepsia

objectiveTo observe the curative effect of qi-promoting and spleen-invigorating method combined with in the quadruple therapy of helicobacter pylori positive dyspepsia.And To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by providing the basis for the selection of clinical treatment after comparing with the western medicine treatment.Methodsto collect 68 patients from department of gastroenterology of Guangdong integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 who were differentiated as spleen-deficiency and qi-stagnation and simultaneously,found with Hp positive at the first time.34 cases were randomly included in experimental group,and others were included in the control group.The quadruple therapy was used in control group,and the experimental group was treated with qi-promoting and spleen-invigorating method except of western medicine.The difference of age,sex,course and severity of disease were observed before treatment and the symptom improvement and Hp elimination rate were observed after 14 days of treatment.ResultsAnalisis of the baseline:There were no statistical differences comparatively between the two groups at sex,age,course,state of disease and Western and Chinese medical symptom integral before treatment(P>0.05).The Western medical symptom scores of postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain and heartburn after treatment was lower than that before treatment obviously(P<0.05).And the symptom scores of postprandial fullness,epigastric pain and heartburn after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Though comparing the TCM symptoms,the scores of experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).And in the control group,the symptom scores of stuffy,pain and belching after treatment were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between both groups concerning the scores of anorexia,weary and loose stools(P>0.05).In comparison,the experimental group was better in improving the stuffy,pain,anorexia,weary and loose stools than the control group(P<0.05).But the difference of the score of belching had not statistical significance(P>0.05).The effective rate of experimental group was higher than the other one(P>0.05).There was no obvious difference of Hp elimination rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusionthe curative effect of qi-promoting and spleen-invigorating method combined with western medicine in the treatment of Hp-related Dyspepsia can not obviously increase eradication rate,but it can significantly improved symptoms of postprandial fullness,early satiety,epigastric pain and heartburn.Besides,TCM curative effect can be improved by combining traditional Chinese medicine treatment,especially in the stuffy,pain,anorexia,weary and loose stool syndromes.
