Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yi Jinjing exercise in the treatment of insomnia patients,through clinical research to provide evidence for the therapeutic effect of this therapy,to provide a set of simple and effective exercise for clinical improvement of insomnia.Methods:The patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from the acupuncture rehabilitation area and the Tuina clinic.The patients who met the criteria,excluded the criteria and volunteered to participate in the study in 60 cases of insomnia.Random Numbers were obtained according to the time sequence of enrollment,and were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.Exercise Yi Jinjing group was performed 3 times per week for 30min,while the Control group was performed irregular sports such as running,brisk walking and square dancing for 30min 3 times per week.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Before and after treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and SRSS of insomnia patients were evaluated.All the data were statistically analyzed using SPASS 20.0 to evaluate the clinical effect of Yi Jinjing on insomnia.Results:1.Baseline comparison:The Yi Jinjing before treatment group and Control group two groups of baseline data(age,gender,duration,sleep time,sleep quality,sleeping time,sleep efficiency,daytime function,sleep disorder,PSQI scores and SRSS score)after statistics analysis,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05),think Yi Jinjing group and the control group comparable.2.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale scores and PSQI total scores:Yi Jinjing group and the Control group after treatment for 1 month,the scores of the two groups were lower than before,both groups can be to some extent to improve insomnia,Yi Jinjing group in sleep time,sleeping time,sleep quality,daytime function,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,PSQI scores before and after treatment group comparison,by paired t-test,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the control group(irregular sports)in sleeping time,daytime function,sleep disorder,PSQI scores before and after treatment group comparison,by paired t-test,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Difference comparison before and after treatment between the two groups,according to the t-test analysis of two independent samples,in terms of daytime function,sleep quality and PSQI total score,the effect of Yi Jinjing group was better than the Control group(p<0.05).Univariate analysis and multiple regression equation analysis showed that the total PSQI score of Yi Jinjing group decreased by 1.24 points more than the Control group.3.Comparison of SRSS score:Compared with the SRSS score two group before and after treatment,the difference of p<0.05 was statistically significant.The SRSS score of both the Yi Jinjing group and the Control group was improved,Difference comparison before and after treatment between the two groups,according to the t-test analysis of two independent samples,the improvement effect of Yi Jinjing exercise on SRSS score of insomnia patients was better than the control group on irregular physical exercise(p<0.05).4.Comparison of total clinical efficacy:The total number of observed cases in the Yi Jinjing group and the Control group were 30.After 1 month of treatment and intervention,the total effective rate in the Yi Jinjing group was up to 90%,5 people were cured,15 people were markedly effective,7 people were effective,3 people were ineffective,the Control group was 80%effective,2 people were cured,10 people were markedly effective,12 people were effective,and 6 people were invalid.The total curative effect data of the two groups were p<0.05 by rank-sum test,and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that Yi Jinjing group was superior to the Control group in improving the overall situation of insomnia.Conclusion:YiJinjing exercise treatment and irregular physical exercise(Control group)have certain effects on the treatment of insomnia,but the total clinical effect of Yi Jinjing group is better than the Control group.the total effective rate and total scores of PSQI and SRSS grading contrast before and after treatment were superior to control group,so the Yi Jinjing exercise better curative effect in treating insomnia,safe and reliable,simple,easy to operate,worthy of clinical application and further study.
