Objective:Into the group of 90 patients with primary insomnia as clinical curative effect observation object, the curative stimulus to compare different sleeping den sleep quality in patients with primary insomnia intervention effect of clinical research, to explore what cupping waveform for the treatment of primary insomnia effect is better.Methods:1 As test object, select 90 patients from September 2013 May 2014 in heilongjiang university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture second ward inpatients and outpatients, clear diagnosis of patients with primary insomnia and assessed by the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) for no anxiety, anxiety or certain anxiety (that is, the total score between 14 and 21 points).2 By applying the method of random number table, patients can be divided into three groups, namely:group A, group B and group C.Three groups on the same basis of acupuncture treatment in giving, stimulate sleeping den electric acupuncture were used respectively to different waveform, for group A cupping thin wave stimulate sleep hole;Group B for cupping dense wave stimulate sleep hole;Group C with cupping dilatational wave stimulation sleeping den.Each single cupping treatment time for 20 min, once per day,10 times a course of treatment, after two course of curative effect in the comparison.3 Outcome:the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), sleep rate, clinical curative effect of standard.4 Statistical method:using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for data processing.Measurement data using mean+/-standard deviation, said application t test, analysis of variance and chi-square test for statistical analysis, compares the rank and inspection level data.When P< 0.05 compared with significant difference.Results:1 Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI):before the treatment is A, B, C three sets of the score and total score (p> 0.05), there was no significant difference, comparable.After treatment, and scores of three groups of PSQI carries on the analysis comparison, each scoring more than before therapy, three groups all have significant difference (P< 0.05);Three groups of total score after treatment than before treatment comparison (P< 0.01), the difference is statistically significant.Three groups after treatment group total score is found, group B after treatment the total score was lower than that in group A and C (P< 0.05).2 Sleep rate, p> 0.05, no statistical significance, comparable.Healing rate of three groups of sleep after than before treatment were significantly different, P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Sleep rate of group B after treatment was better than A and C in the two groups, P< 0.05, the difference is obvious.3 Recovered after treatment,8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases,5 cases failed, significant efficiency:46.67%, total effective rate: 83.33%;Group B,30 patients after treatment,10 cases were cured,9 cases had marked effect,9 cases of effective and ineffective in 2 cases, significant efficiency:63.33%;Total effective rate:93.33%;C group of 30 patients,4 cases were cured after treatment,9 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases,6 cases ineffective, significant efficiency:43.33%, total effective rate:80.00%.By the rank and inspection, B group total effective rate is better than A and C in the two groups (P< 0.05), with significant difference.Conclusion:Cupping dense wave stimulation (group B) sleeping den in the treatment of primary insomnia in clinical curative effect is distinct, cupping is obviously better than the sparse wave (group A) and (C) the curative effect of the density wave.In the treatment of patients with primary insomnia have shorten sleep time, sleep time, improve the patients’sleep quality, sleep efficiency and improve the function of the day, and no side effect, no dependence, stop treatment after curative effect is stable, not easy to relapse, etc. |
