The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Insomnia(liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)by Sleeping Aid Prescription Of Zaoren

Purpose:Through clinical research to observe sleeping aid prescription of zaoren the clinical curative effect of treatment of insomnia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type),Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sleeping aid prescription of zaoren in treating insomnia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type),and provide a new way of thinking for clinic.Method: Select a total of 72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria of this research project,and divide the said patient into Treatment Group by Sleeping Aid Prescription of Zaoren and Control Group by Bailemian Capsule under the principle of randomization.Finally,there were 72 patients suffering from insomnia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type)included in the statistical category,with 36 of them allocated to Treatment Group and 36 to Control Group.In Treatment Group,the sleeping aid prescription of Zaoren was given to the patients who shall make decoction of 300 ml and take 150 ml orally in the morning and at night.In Control Group,the patients were treated with Bailemian Capsule(produced by Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.with the batch number of 15101041),oral use,four capsules respectively in the morning and at night,twice a day.Both groups were treated for28 days.The cases were included according to the inclusion criteria of this research project.After continuous observation of 28 days,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and TCM syndromes of both groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to for assessment.Result: In this research,72 patients were enrolled in the group,the patients in both groups had good compliance,no shedding and elimination of cases.The result of comparison between the two groups in the distribution of their sex,age,course of disease,severity of disease,and scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI before treatment showed that P>0.05,and that the difference had no statistic significance.It was indicated that the distribution of sex,age,course of disease,severity of disease,and scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI of the two groups before treatment was comparable.After 28 days of treatment,statistical analysis was performed on the scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI before and after treatment in the two groups,indicating that P<0.05,and the efficacy of Treatment Group was better than that ofControl Group.Statistical analysis of Treatment Group and Control Group in relieving wake up or wake up early,dizziness,irritable and irritable,five upset hot indicated that P < 0.05,that there were differences,and that Treatment Group was better than Control Group.The two groups of patients did not experience adverse reaction during the medication.Conclusion: The group by sleeping aid prescription of Zaoren was effective in the treatment of insomnia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency type),which was superior to the control group by Bailemian Capsule in the scores of TCM syndromes and PSQI.No adverse reactions were found in the patients enrolled during the medication,which indicated that both the drugs in Treatment Group and Control Group were safe and reliable,and could effectively relieve the TCM syndromes.However,the curative effect of Treatment Group is obvious in relieving indicated.It is indicated that the sleeping aid prescription of Zaoren can relieve the clinical symptoms arising from insomnia(liver and kidney Yin deficiency),and deserves further clinical research.
