Clinical Observation Of Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe In Treating Peptic Ulcer

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency,and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency type,and verify the superiority of Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe.Sexuality,seeking a more effective treatment for the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type peptic ulcer,and provide a new clinical basis for the treatment of peptic ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine,and improve the quality of life of patients.methodsThe Department of Gastroenterology,Second Hospital of Guangdong Province,Qifu Hospital,Department of Gastroenterology,February 20-February 2019,outpatients and hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer-deficient cold type were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(Chinese combined western medicine)and western medicine group.All were 36 cases.Western medicine group was given rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules(Zinuo,Jiangsu Jichuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)10mg,2 times a day,once in the morning and evening,30 minutes before meals;aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets(Zhejiang De Ende Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Company)1g,3 times a day,1-2 hours after a meal,before going to bed or when the stomach is unwell.The Chinese and Western combination group added Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The two groups took 8 weeks as a course of treatment.The changes of the evaluation criteria of gastroscopic mucosal healing,TCM symptom score scale,pepsinogen I,pepsinogen II,gastrin and other indicators before and after treatment were observed and compared.resu ts1.Comparability:There was no significant difference in age,sex,ulcer size and ulcer site between the two groups(P>0.05),so the two groups of patients had the conditions for enrollment and were comparable.2.TCM syndrome scores:The total effective rate of the Chinese and Western combination group was 93.33%,which was superior to the western medicine group in overall efficacy(P=0.000<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were better after treatment.Before the decline,the Chinese-Western combination group was better than the Western medicine group in improving TCM symptom scores.Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe is more effective in improving patients’ TCM symptoms.3.The efficacy of the two groups in the evaluation of endoscopic efficacy:the total effective rate was 100%in the combination group,and the total effective rate was 80%in the western medicine group.The Fisher x 2 test showed significant difference,which was superior to the western medicine group(P=0.02<0.05).Wen Zhongjian The spleen is superior to the western medicine group in improving the recovery of the patient’ s mucosa.4.Pepsinogen:After treatment,the pepsinogen II of the Chinese-Western combination group and the western medicine group decreased earlier,and the pepsinogen I was higher than before,and there was no statistically significant difference.Compared with before and after treatment,the PGI/PGII in the combination group was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe can improve the function and state of gastric mucosa.5.Gastrin:Compared with the western medicine group,there was a significant difference in gastrin after treatment in the Chinese and Western combined group.There was a significant difference in gastrin between the Chinese and Western combined group before and after treatment.Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe has certain curative effect on inhibiting the secretion of gastrin and promoting the recovery of mucosa in patients.6.Safety:In terms of liver function,there was no significant difference in ALT and AST between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,there was no significant difference in ALT and AST after treatment.The difference(P>0.05)was in the normal range,suggesting that there was no liver damage in the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that the drug is safe for the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency.7.In the 8-week treatment,the adverse reaction rate was 3.33%in the combination group and 13.33%in the western medicine group.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the adverse reaction rate was lower in the Chinese and Western combination group.ConclusionWenzhong Jianpi Recipe has a good therapeutic effect on patients with peptic ulcer and spleen and stomach deficiency.Compared with western medicine alone,Wenzhong Jianpi Recipe shows better curative effect in terms of mucosal recovery and pepsin ratio,and can improve the clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer in Chinese medicine.The curative effect is exact and the adverse reaction rate is low.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
