Epidemiological Analysis Of Nanning Hospitalized Homeless Psychiatric Patients

Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mental illness,infectious diseases and somatic diseases and the clinical related factors of caused in hospitalized patients with Nanning in 8 years,to explore the influence of behavior mode and living environment on stray mental patients,and to put forward the management mechanism of comprehensive governance,To make the group of vagrant spiritual patients enjoy the fairness and accessibility of health resources,and to provide the relevant policy makers with the data support of clinical data and scientific theoretical basis.Methods:2680 hospitalized vagrant psychiatric patients rescued from Nanning Social Welfare Hospital in 2008-2015 as the research object,using SPSS22.0 software to carry on the card fitting optimization test and Logistic regression analysis,the relevant literature and interview results qualitative analysisResults:(1)in 2008-2015,there were 2680 hospitalized Nanning patients,with an average of 335 cases per year,1549 cases for men(57.8%),1131 cases for women(42.2%),1746 cases in the region(65.1%),the average age(35.89±10),Unmarried persons in 1305 cases(48.7%);(2)Mental illness xwas dominated by schizophrenia(69.6%),1885 cases of malnutrition in stray psychiatric patients(70.3%),210 cases of chronic noncommnunicable diseases(7.8%),mainly hypertension,8 years of infectious disease incidence of 14.7%(394/2680);(3)The incidence of caused in hospitalized people with wandering spirit is 32.3%(868/2680),and Logistic regression analysis shows the risk factors for the caused of the accident:male,acute transient mental disorder;protective factors:Chronic disease,occupation,married.Conclusion:There are many young unmarried vagrant psychiatric patients,schizophrenia is the main type of mental illness in hospitalized vagrant psychiatric patients,the incidence of infectious diseases is high,accompanied by other somatic diseases,the incidence of accident caused is high,suggesting that the treatment management of stray psychiatric patients is a medical problem.but also a social problem.This paper puts forward the implementation of family responsibility,preventing vagrancy from the source,establishing a model for the comprehensive treatment of stray mental patients,a seamless management model for patients with infectious diseases,and constructing the whole rescue system for patients with caused,and contributing to the clinical management of patients with Vagrant psychosis in hospital.
