Objective:The clinical effects of different alveolar cleft bone grafting in two groups were compared and analyzed, and the changes of bone mass at different time points of different surgical methods were evaluated. Methods:The clinical data of 44 patients with non-syndromic unilateral complete cleft lip and palate hospitalized in First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College was retrospectively analyzed retrospectively, including 22 patients in the group of labial-palatal combined alveolar cleft bone grafting(A group)and 22 patients in the group of labial-alveolar bone grafting(B group). After a follow-up period, the successful rate of bone graft and recovery of bone volume after operation of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results : 1)The successful rate of A group were more than B group, through statistical analysis of statistical differences(P<0.05).2)In 3?6?12 month, the recovery of bone volume of the A group were apparently more than those of the B group, which had statistical significance(P<0.05).3)In 2 groups, the bone survival ratio of 3month was obviously higher than 6 ? 12 month, and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).After 6 month and postoperative 12 month osteogenesis effect was no statistical difference(P>0.05).4)The amount of bone in upper 1/3 and lower 1/3 of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in bone mass at middle 1/3 of the two group(P>0.05);5)12 months after the operation and 3 months after the operation in group A were compared, the changes in the bone mass of the lower 1/3 were significantly higher than those of the upper 1/3 and the middle 1/3,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The variation of bone mass in the upper 1/3 was significantly higher than that in the middle 1/3,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1)Compared with alveolar cleft bone grafting through the labial approach, alveolar cleft bone grafting through the labial and palatal approach can improve the success rate and postoperative bone survival to a certain extent.2)Postoperative bone resorption mainly occurred within 6 months after surgery in both groups, and slowed down and stabilized with time.3)The amount of surviving bone in the upper 1/3 and the lower 1/3 of the alveolar cleft bone grafting group with the combination of the labial and palatal approach was significantly higher than that in the labial approach group, and there was no significant difference between the middle 1/3 and the labial approach group.4)Bone resorption mainly occurred at the top of the alveolar crest, followed by the nasal floor, with the least bone resorption at1/3 of the alveolar crest.
