| Objective:Most evaluation of alveolar cleft bone grafting outcome are based on vertical two-dimensional imaging examination. The study want to seed a three-dimensional evalution method for alveolar cleft bone grafting by Cone-beam CT.Methods:The author selected28cases of alveolar cleft patients, the revisiting time are more than six months after surgery, Then we took CBCT examination for every patients. The CBCT images vertical and cheek-palatal bone-grafting area are measured by AutoCAD2006+software.We calculated the ratio of the bone-grafting area and normal crack anatomy area.We classificated the vertical area ratio(Aã€Bã€Cã€D), cheek-palatal area ratio (aã€bã€cã€d) and three-dimensional(â… ã€â…¡ â…¢ã€â…£ã€â…¤ã€â…¥ã€â…¦)by the author’standard. â… , â…¡ grade are better, the rest is not ideal. We take comparative statistical analysis to vertical and cheek-palatal bone graft area ratio with SPSS18.0software.Results:The cases of grade-A are21,grade-B are5,grade-C are1,grade-D are1,grade-a are17,grade-b are8,grade-c are2,grade-d are1,grade-â… are16,grade-â…¡ are6,grade-â…¢ are2,grade-â…£ are1,grade-â…¤ are2,grade-â…¥ are O,grade-â…¦ are1.The cases of ideal alveolar cleft bone grafting are22,accounting for78%.The vertical and cheek-palatal bone graft area ratio are0.77±0.16and0.72±0.17,T-test is no significant difference in both(p>0.05)Conclusions:In this paper, the evaluation of alveolar cleft bone grafting outcome based on the CBCT images is simple and intuitive. The evaluation method can reflect alveolar cleft bone grafting outcome more comprehensive and provide a reference for cleft lip and palate’next treatment, but still need to be based on the basis of fracture area size. The vertical and cheek-palatal bone graft area ratio is not statistically significant, indicating that the absorption in vertical and cheek-palatal is no significant difference. |
