Integration Of Group Medical Resources In Public Hospitals

Health is the vital interests of the broad masses business relationship,including the reform of medical system is the major changes is closely related to the interests of the people,the reform of medical system in recent years has become the focus of the reform in our country,the state council also puts forward the effective alleviate the medical cost burden,effectively relieve ’difficulty and high cost of treatment goals,as well.Among them,the reform of public hospitals is the key point of the new medical reform,especially the reform of large public hospitals is the key to alleviate the current medical problems.At presen,most high-quality medical resources in China are occupied by some large public hospitals,and many primary hospitals are extremely short of medical resources due to their limited medical level and low medical service capacity.As a result,the unreasonable structure of China’s medical market has become a serious problem.The overall shortage of medical resources,the uneven distribution of medical resources and the serious mismatch between supply and demand have seriously hindered the formation of China’s normal medical order.In this way,how to change the existing problems of uneven distribution of medical resources and imbalance between supply and demand,how to solve the shortage of medical and health resources in primary hospitals and the situation of unable to retain patients,and how to alleviate the problem of "difficult and expensive access to medical services",have become the key points of current medical reform.By the public hospital collectivization using large hospital medical quality resource reconfiguration to its,make medical resources,improve the stock structure of health resources,further improve the basic-level hospital medical service ability and level of medical technology,to patients with different diseases of orderly flow between the different levels of hospitals,promote the healthy and orderly development of the medical market.In this paper,by using the basic theory of public management,the public hospital to discuss the feasibility and the concrete way to reform of a collectivized,trying to find a suitable F hospital group reform path,eventually to promote high-quality medical resources sinking to the basic-level hospitals,optimize the distribution of hospitals at all levels of medical resources,ensuring the sustained,stability,development of the medical and health undertakings.In this paper,using the theory of public management knowledge and methods,combined with the theory of public hospital collectivization and mode at home and abroad,using the SWOT analysis method for zhuhai’s F hospital collectivization reform of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges are analyzed,and with some of the current domestic existing collectivization reform mode has carried on the comparative analysis,summarized has some problems in its development,finally combining theory and practice of public hospital collectivization development direction of resource integration put forward some Suggestions.
