Objective:To compare the difference between event-related potential?ERP?contingent negative variation?CNV?in patients with chronic schizophrenia and normal controls,to explore the correlation negative amplitude, behavioral data and Correlation between clinical symptoms and cognitive impairment in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:From October 2017 to January 2019,30 patients with chronic schizophrenia who met the ERP experimental enrollment criteria were enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University?Jining Psychiatric Hospital?.At the same time,30 healthy volunteers who accord with general data of the study group, the year of education, and the ERP experimental inclusion criteria were collected as the control group.ERP experiments were performed on both the study group and the control group to collect EEG data, using the Dot Pattern Expectancy?DPX?task to induce CNV waves;the MATRICS Recognized Cognitive Complete Test?MCCB?was used to evaluate cognitive function; The group performed a positive and negative symptom scale?PANSS?to assess the severity of psychotic symptoms. The data obtained were entered into the database and statistically processed and analyzed using SPSS 23.0.Results:1.Study group ERP experimental EEG behavioral data AX stimulation error rate(EAX,Z=-3.970,P=0.00),AY stimulation error rate(EAY,Z=-2.701,P=0.00),BX stimulation error rate(The scores of EBX,Z=3.336,P=0.00)were higher than those of the control group, and the statistical difference was significant. The relative error rate of BX-AY in the study group(EBX-AY,Z=-0.903,P=0.367)was lower than the control group.2.Connection test in the study group cognitive function test?T=-4.410,P=0.00?,symbol coding test?T=-7.389,P=0.00?,maze test?T=-5.683,P=0.00?,continuous operation 2D?T=-6.612,P=0.00?,continuous operation 3D?T=-5.519,P=-4.999?,continuous operation 4D?T=-4.999,P=0.00?and continuous operation mean?T=-6.944,P=0.00?The scores were all worse than the control group. The chronic schizophrenia group's connection test, symbolic coding test, maze test, continuous operation 2D,continuous operation 3D,continuous operation4D and continuous operation were all worse than the control group?P<0.05?.3.Difference was not found between the study group and the control group CNVA?F=0.775,P=0.382?,CNVB?F=0.809,P=0.372?,CNVB-A?F=0.125,P=0.725?.3:There was no difference in CNV amplitude between the chronic schizophrenia group and the control group.4.There was no difference between the CNVA and CNVB amplitudes of the study group?F=3.851,P=0.055?;there was no difference between the CNVA and CNVB amplitudes of the control group?F=3.113,P=0.083?.4:There was no difference between the CNVA and CNVB amplitudes in the chronic schizophrenia group and the control group.5.The CNVB-A amplitude of the CP3 locus in the study group was positively correlated with EAX and EBX?r=0.408,r=0.473,P<0.05?,and the CNVA amplitude was negatively correlated with EAYY and EBY?r=-0.436,r=-0.363,P<0.05?,positively correlated with EBX-AY?r=0.563,P<0.01?,CNVA amplitude of CPZ locus was negatively correlated with EBY?r=-0.464,P<0.05?;control group CP3 locus The CNVA amplitude was positively correlated with EBX-AY?r=0.266,P<0.05?,CNVB amplitude was positively correlated with EBX?r=0.289,P<0.05?,and CNVB-A was positively correlated with EAY and EBX?r=0.296,r=0.473,P<0.05?,the CNVA amplitude of CP4 site was positively correlated with EAX?r=0.453,P<0.05?..6.The EAX of the study group was positively correlated with the age,the total score of the PANSS scale, and the PANSS general psychopathological scale?r=0.396,r=0.424,r=0.484,P<0.05?;the total score of EAYY and age,PANSS scale PANSS negative symptom scores and PANSS general psychopathological scores were positively correlated?r=0.447,r=0.491,r=0.422,r=0.580,P<0.05?;EBX was positively correlated with PANSS negative symptom scores?r=0.377,P<0.05?;EBY was positively correlated with the number of years of education?r=0.385,P<0.01?;EBX-AYX-AY was negatively correlated with PANSS general psychopathological score?r=-0.455,P<0.05?.The CNVA amplitude of the CP4 locus in the study group was negatively correlated with IQ?r=-0.383,P<0.05?.7.The EAY of the study group was negatively correlated with the continuous operation 2D and the continuous operation mean?r=-0.497,r=-0.430,P<0.05?.The EBX was negatively correlated with the connection test, symbol coding, and continuous operation 3D?r=-0.386,r=-0.398,r=-0.368,P<0.05?,EBX-AY was positively correlated with continuous operation 2D?r=0.488,P<0.05?;control group EAX was negatively correlated with the line test score?r=-0.378,P<0.05?.8.The CNVA amplitude of the CPZ locus in the study group was negatively correlated with the continuous operation 2D?r=-0.388,P<0.05?,and the connection test was negatively correlated with the CNVB amplitude?r=-0.425,P<0.05?.The CNVA amplitude of the CPZ locus was negatively correlated with the continuous operation 3D?r=-0.390,P<0.05?,and the maze test was negatively correlated with the CNVB amplitude?r=-0.423,P<0.05?.Conclusion:1.The cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia is worse than that of normal people, suggesting that cognitive function is impaired in patients with chronic schizophrenia.2.The lower the error rate of behavioral data in patients with chronic schizophrenia, the larger the CNV brain wave amplitude?negative direction?;the better the cognitive function, the larger the CNV brain wave amplitude?negative direction?.3.The more severe the psychotic symptoms of patients with chronic schizophrenia, the higher the error rate of ERP behavioral data and the more serious the impairment of cognitive function.
