| Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Qizhi Tongnao Decoction in treating patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the convalescence of cerebral infarction, and to observe its safety. To explore the changes of the condition through clinical research,in order to seek more effective and accurate treatment,to provide effective treatment for patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis during the convalescence of cerebral infarction. Methods: The 72 patients who met the criteria and were clearly diagnosed as Qi deficiency and blood stasis during the convalescence of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1 ratio.Patients in the treatment group took Qizhi Tongnao Decoction and adopted the following method: warm water flushing 200 ml,1 dose per day,and each morning and evening.Control group patient: take Buyang Huanwu Decoction take the method: warm water flush 200 ml,1 dose per day, morning and evening. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The Fugl-Meyer motor function score,NIHSS,BI score,TCM score, and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.situation,To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85.71 %,and the total effective rate in the control group was 70.59 %;(2)Nervous function defect score: The two groups were compared in the group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that both the Qizhi Tongnao Decoction and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction could reduce the NIHSS score; After the treatment, compared between the two groups,P<0.05 and the results were statistically significant, indicating that Qizhi Tongnao Decoction was superior to Buyang Huanwu Decoction in improving the neurological defects.(3)Comparison of daily life ability scores: The two groups were compared in the group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that both the Qizhi Tongnao Decoction and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction could improve the daily life ability score; After the treatment, compared between the two groups,P< 0.05,the results were statistically significant, indicating that Qizhi Tongnao Decoction group was superior to Buyang Huanwu Decoction in improving daily life ability.(4)Comparison of Fugl-Meyer sports function scores: The two groups were compared in the group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that both the Qizhi Tongnao Decoction and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction could improve Fugl-Meyer sports function score; After the treatment, compared between the two groups,P<0.05 and the results were statistically significant. The improved Fugl-Meyer motor function score was better.(5)The symptoms of QI deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine: the two groups were compared in the group,P < 0.05,The difference was statistically significant. It was suggested that both the Qizhi Tongnao Decoction and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction could improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine points; After the treatment, compared between the two groups,P<0.05,the results were statistically significant, indicating that Qizhi Tongnao Decoction was superior to Buyang Huanwu Decoction in improving TCM syndromes.(6)Safety evaluation: No damage to liver and renal function or other adverse effects were observed during treatment. Conclusion: Qizhi Tongnao Decoction can reduce the degree of nerve function defect, improve the ability of daily life, improve the Fugl-Meyer exercise score, improve the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the efficiency, the treatment effect is better than that of Buyang Huanwu Decoction group, and effectively reduce the sequelae caused by cerebral infarction. In addition,no other adverse reactions were observed during the treatment and the safety was high.It can be actively promoted clinically. |
