Effect Of Xiaoshuan Tongnao Granule On Serum Hcy D-dimer And ApoA1 In Patients With Cerebral Ischemia And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:In this study,from the Xiaoshuan Tongnao granules in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction mechanism,we focus on the effect of Xiaoshuan Tongnao granule on serum homocysteine,D-dimer and apolipoprotein A1 in patients with cerebral infarction,to confirm its clinical efficacy and clinical promotion.Methods:Choosing 100 patients in chinese medicine outpatient and inpatient treatment from March 2015 to January 2017 in the First Hospital of Jilin University,which western medicine diagnosis of cerebral infarction and chinese medicine diagnosis of stroke,syndrome differentiation for the Qi and blood stasis,according to the random number table,dividing them into observation group and control group with each group of 50 cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment: 0.9% sodium chloride 250 ml + Cinepazide Maleate Injection 320 mg,iv,qd once a day.In the Observation group,Xiaoshuan Tongnao Granule were given one day a dose,take after mixing it with hot water.In the control group,nimodipine tablets were treated with 30 mg,po,tid on the routine treatment.At the same time,the patients were treated with chronic diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,Diabetes and other Western medicine to symptomatic treatment.Two groups from the beginning of the experiment to be regular treatment,21 days for a course of treatment.After treatment,comparing with the total clinic effective rate of the two groups,the two groups before and after treatment of the clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom score,two groups before and after treatment of patients with blood homocysteine,D-dimer,apolipoprotein A1 levels,and doing statistical analysis.Results: The total clinic effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and76.00% in the control group.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment(P <0.05).The score of neurological deficit score and TCM syndrome score were significantly improved(P <0.05);the score of clinical neural function defect scale and Chinese medicine symptom in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P <0.05).The levels of homocystein,D-dimer,apolipoprotein A1 in two group are significantly decreased(P <0.05),the observation group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).Before and after treatment,blood,urine,liver and kidney function,coagulation routine and so on has not be fond abnormal situation,also has the significant adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion: Xiaoshuan Tongnao granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and neurological function of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type cerebral infarction,and have significant effect on the levels of serum homocysteine,D-dimer and apolipoprotein A1.There were no adverse reactions and side effects in the course of treatment,which proved that the clinical application of the drug was safe and could be used for further clinical application.
