Objective By observing the effect of sanyeqing sanjie anticancer prescription on neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer, evaluate the effectiveness of sanyeqing sanjie anticancer prescription and discuss its possible mechanism. Methods Using a prospective randomized controlled study,80 patients with breast cancer admitted to the Breast Disease Center of Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the study group were treated with sanyeqing sanjie anticancer prescription combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, while 40 cases in the control group were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Fourteen days after the end of chemotherapy, use DCE-MR?DWI and Ca-153 to examine bilateral breast and axillary in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Modified radical mastectomy or breast conserving surgery was performed to classify effectiveness of grading pathological chemotherapy.Detected LC3 protein expression before and after chemotherapy in two groups.A complete pathological report was produced to evaluate Ki-67 and complete pathological remission rate.SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the data, evaluate the efficacy and explore some possible mechanisms. Results The effective rate of imageology effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group(86.1%VS 64.7%,P<0.05);There was no significant difference in effectiveness of grading pathological chemotherapy response between the study group and the control group(27.7%VS17.6%,P>0.05);There was no significant difference in pathological remission rate between the study group and the control group(11.1% VS 5.8%,P>0.05);The proportion of strong positive patients in the control group after chemotherapy was higher than that before chemotherapy(58.8%VS 29.4%,P<0.05);The proportion of strong positive patients in the study group after chemotherapy was not significantly different from that before chemotherapy(50.0%VS 36.1%,P>0.05);IOD value in the study group was lower than that in the control group(71250±4856VS 81706±4502,P<0.05);The ADC value in the study group was higher than that in the control group after chemotherapy.(1.235±0.135mm2/s VS 0.922±0.127mm2/s,P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Ca-153 between the study group and the control group after chemotherapy.(25.5+5.7U/mLVS 28.5±6.3U/mL,P>0.05);The Ki-67 value of the study group after chemotherapy was lower than that of the control group.(15.813±7.426 VS 27.456±8.935,P <0.05).Conclusion Sanyeqing sanjie anticancer prescription combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy has certain curative effect, and part of the mechanism may be through reducing the expression of LC3 protein, inhibiting the protective autophagy of breast cancer cells, and improving the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs.
