Clinical Rescearch Of The San Huang Tang And Si Miao San For Treatment Of The Perianal Abscess After Surgery

Objective: To observe the effect of Sanhuang Decoction and Modified Simiao Powder reduchishen type for the clinical curative effect of perianal abscess postoperative wound fumigation,explore an effective wound healing method of the post operation of perianal abscess.Methods: a total of 60 patients with reduchishen type low perianal abscess were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Sanhuang Decoction and Modified Simiao Powder fumigation bath in front of the dressing,the control group after treatment with 1:5000solution in Potassium Permanganate washing the wound.To observe the postoperative healing time of wounds,carrion shedding time,postoperative wound reduced rate,wound pain,wound edema,recording two groups of data,statistics processing.Results: compared to the observed in 60 patients,the treatment group and the control group in the postoperative wound healing time,postoperative carrion shedding time was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group has better effect on the seventh,fourteenth,twenty-first day after operation;the wound healing rate in the treatment group reduced to better effect than the control group;control group the wound pain scores on the sixth,tenth day after operation in treatment group than in the fourteenth day after operation,pain scores had no significant difference(P>0.05);wound edema score on the sixth,tenth day after operation in treatment group than in control group,no significant difference between the two groups after fourteenth days of integration(P>0.05).No adverse reaction was found in the treatment group and the control group during the observation.Sanhuang Decoction and Modified Simiao Powder for perianal abscess postoperative wound smoked effective wash preliminary inspection.Conclusion: the clinical observation of Sanhuang Decoction and Modified Simiao Powder for perianal abscess postoperative wound fumigation bath safety,curative effect.In the low perianal incision resection based on the Sanhuang Decoction and Modified Simiao Powder dressing fumigation bath can significantly improve the rate of wound healing,for the prevention of postoperative wound edema,pain relief,clinical curative effect,and has wide application prospect,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
