Objective:To observe the effect of the clinical comprehensive curative effect on the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on hematoma absorption, edema absorption and NIHSS score. Methods:A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to randomly divide 46 patients with eligible intracerebral hemorrhage into treatment group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group was treated according to the Chinese brain hemorrhage control guide 2014,and the treatment group was based on the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups. The NIHSS score, cerebral hematoma volume and cerebral edema volume were mainly observed, and NIHSS score was used as the main basis for evaluating clinical efficacy.NIHSS score was determined on day 1,day 7 and day 14,and the volume of cerebral edema and cerebral hematoma was measured in the first day,7th day,and 14 th day through the skull CT.Results:Clinical efficiency: the NIHSS score of the treatment group and the control group was significantly reduced in 7 days and 14 days, the total effective rate was 91.30% in the treatment group, and 60.86% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The volume of cerebral edema and cerebral edema were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment.Between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference between the absorption of hematoma and edema in the 7th day.Hematoma absorption and edema absorption in the 14 th day were statistically significant. In the control group, there was an adverse reaction, and the treatment group did not occur, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: It can obviously improve clinical curative effect in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage, promote cerebral edema, cerebral hematoma, improve the nerve function defect of patients, and have great clinical application value.
