Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Depression In Modern Famous Chinese Medicine

Objective:Treatment of depression by collecting modern first batch and the second batch of national old TCM medical records,collected a total of 231 cases,discussed the common clinical syndromes,drug characteristics and compatibility law and reveal the TCM treatment of depression.In order to provide some help to clinical,scientific research and teaching.Methods: "In the old Chinese medicine experts academic experience inheritance work regulations" the first batch and the second batch of old Chinese teacher directory,selected published monographs as the main source of the old Chinese medicine,related to the national Chinese journal literature database in CNKI,VIP China old Chinese medicine supplement,collected a total of 231 medical records of melancholia medicine case.The database of drug information is set up through the data platform,which is divided into prescription list,drug table and syndrome type table.Descriptive statistics and association analysis were used to summarize the basic etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome type distribution,medication characteristics and prescription compatibility rules.Result:(1)A total of 231 cases were collected and 39 syndrome types were collected.The common syndromes of the syndrome were: stagnation of the spleen,kidney deficiency and liver depression,spleen and kidney deficiency,stagnation of spleen and kidney,stagnation of liver and spleen,deficiency of spleen and kidney,qi stagnation,qi stagnation,qi stagnation,qi stagnation,stagnation of Qi and Qi,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart and kidney,yin deficiency and inner heat,spleen and kidney yang deficiency and cold dampness.There are 16 types of syndromes: Yun Qi,Qi and blood two deficiency,spleen and kidney two deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,kidney yang deficiency,liver depression,blood stasis,phlegm fire disturbance.The location of the disease involves 7viscera,including liver,kidney,spleen,heart,lung,gallbladder and stomach,mainly in the liver,but mostly involves the three organs of the kidney,spleen and heart.(2)There were differences in the distribution of depression syndromes in differentstages of disease.The most common disease was in the course of 1 years.In the course of more than 1 years,the positive correlation decreased,and the deficiency syndrome and the excess of deficiency and excess increased.There are obvious differences in the distribution of stagnation syndrome in all ages.In the age of 10-40 years,the majority of the age groups are positive,and the deficiency syndrome is less.Compared with the age 40-80 years old,the proportion of false evidence is increased.It can be seen that in 1989-2007 compared with 1958-1989,the number of asthenia syndrome increased significantly.(3)There are 16 kinds of drugs involved in the treatment of depression,involving 207 flavors and 2748 times.The frequency range from high to low is as follows: physical Qi medicine,supplement of deficiency drugs,antipyretic drugs,humidifying drugs,leavers,antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,antiphlegm antitussive antiasthmatic drugs,antiphlegm medicine,digestion medicine,warm medicine,astringent medicine,antipyretic medicine,dispelling wind and wet medicine,relieving liver and resting wind medicine,and reducing medicine.(4)A total of 27 pairs of drugs in the group of Yu syndrome group,the first 10 of the use frequency are: Radix Bupleuri,licorice,liquorice,Rhizoma Atractylodes;Radix Bupleuri,Poria;Rhizoma Atractylodes,Fuling;licorice,Poria cocos;Angelica,Radix Paeoniae;Radix Bupleuri,Radix Scutellariae;Pinellia ternata,Angelica;Radix Astragali,Radix Angelicae;Herba Amomum and licorice.Conclusion:(1)Bad emotional stimulation and deficiency of Qi in the viscera are the common internal factors of depression.With the development of the disease,there are complex and changeable situations such as qi depression,fire,qi stagnation,phlegm,yin deficiency,internal heat,deficiency of spleen and kidney,Qi deficiency,blood stasis,Qi and blood deficiency,and so on.(2)Depression can cause deficiency,and deficiency can also cause depression,and deficiency and depression often affect each other.In the treatment,we should distinguish between the main and the secondary,the balance and the treatment.(3)The common syndrome type of depression syndrome(from high to low byfrequency): liver depression and spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency liver depression,spleen and kidney two deficiency,liver depression qi stagnation,heart and spleen two deficiency,qi stagnation fire,phlegm qi stagnation,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart kidney disconnection,yin deficiency internal heat,spleen kidney yang deficiency and cold dampness,Qi and blood two deficiency,spleen and kidney two deficiency phlegm and stasis deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,deficiency of kidney yang deficiency,The liver stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm fire disturb the 16 syndromes.From the perspective of age distribution,the proportion of asthenia syndrome depression syndrome increased after 40 years old.(4)The basic prescriptions of Yu syndrome were mainly based on Qi Qi and deficiency of deficiency,supplemented by the treatment of clearing and removing stasis,activating blood and removing stasis,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,Anshen determination,and warming the cold,and so on.
