A Literature Study Based On The Law Of The Treatment Of The Chong Channel At Jiaohui Point Of The Kidney Channel

Objective:The purpose of this study is to summarize the characteristics of the clinical treatment of pulse and foot Shaoyin kidney meridians at abdominal communication points by means of literature retrieval and statistical research methods,and to summarize the rules of pulse treatment.Enrich the use value of meridians in the dialectical sense of meridians,in order to provide some reference for clinical application in the future.Methods: the literature came from two parts.The ancient literature adopts the Chinese Medical Code(fourth edition),nearly 1000 classics,and the modern literature comes from the China knowledge Network(CNKI).The range of selection includes dissertation,journal and important meeting.The time range is from the construction of the library to the end of 2018.Select "Medical and Health Science and Technology" in the catalogue.The ancient literature is searched by the names of each acupoint of the keyword.Through the inclusion of exclusion criteria,select the provisions with theoretical therapeutic effect and effective medical records,extract and establish documents induction and collation.Modern literature selects the names of each acupoint through keyword and subject word examination respectively.Suo.Use Note Express to exclude duplicate literature.By including the exclusion standard,the articles on clinical symptoms using Chongmai acupoints are selected and referred to the national standard of the people's Republic of China-diseases and symptoms in clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The unified disease name in the treatment part and the differential diagnosis of TCM symptoms was included in the Excel form to establish the file.Finally,the collected data were analyzed and classified and counted,and the clinical disease name and symptom frequency were counted.Results: after retrieval,there were 3441 ancient items of acupoints and 420 items after being included in the exclusion criteria.A total of 5961 modern literature on acupoints and52 articles were selected after inclusion of exclusion criteria.1.In the ancient literature,there were the most kinds of internal diseases,especially the symptoms of chest and abdomen,such as "acute abdominal pain","chest full of wheezing cough",followed by gynecological "menstrual disease","sterility","accumulation of mass in the cell" and so on.Male "spermatozoa" and other pre-Yin diseases are more common,but also can treat "mouth","strong ridge","hoarse can not speak" and other Encephalopathy.2.In the modern literature,there are many painful diseases in neck,shoulder,waist and back,such as "lumbar disc protrusion",followed by local treatment,such as gynecological "dysmenorrhea","pregnancy vomiting",male "impotence" and "sterility".Urinary system "frequent","urethral syndrome" and other diseases,can also treat "migraine","facial paralysis" and other Encephalopathy.Conclusion:1.There are a wide range of diseases that can be treated by pulse,including internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,male department,five features,limb meridians and collaterals,qi,blood and body fluid and other miscellaneous diseases.In addition to acupuncture and moxibustion(5th edition),pulse is mainly used in the treatment of menstrual disorders,sterility and other gynecological diseases and abdominal qi recoil,but also used in the treatment of male and encephalopathy.2.It is found that the application of modern literature is quite different from that of ancient literature.Most of the ancient literature focuses on spleen and stomach,cardiopulmonary,hepatobiliary diseases;modern literature is more neck,shoulder and waist pain.
