Clinical Research Of Staged Acupuncture Treatment Based On The Theory Of Chong Channel Being Sea Of Blood With Pre-Thrombotic State Patients In IVF-ET

Objective: To observe the synergistic effect of staged acupuncture treatment based on the theory of Chong channel being sea of blood on oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets to improve the pre-thrombus status in IVF-ET transplantation.To explore the mechanism of this therapy to improve the pregnancy rate of IVF-ET,and provide evidence for the application of acupuncture in the field of Assisted reproductive.Methods: The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the acupuncture and moxibustion group by "computer pseudo-random number generation" method,and the patients with even Numbers in the sequence were included in the acupuncture and moxibustion group,and the rest were included in the control group.The patients were divided into the control group(36 cases)and the acupuncture and moxibustion group(36 cases).The control group was given oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets 25-100mg(the specific dosage was determined by the reproductive physicians),once a day.Acupuncture group is based on the control group,plus the acupuncture treatment based on the theory of Chong channel being sea of blood.The main point: Gongsun,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Xuehai,Geshu;matching acupoints according to the stages of the female physiological cycle: Menstrual period: Hegu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Ciliao;Follicular phase: Huangshu,Zigong,Taixi,Rangu,Houxi,use flash tank on Shuidao;Oviposit period: Shuidao,Guilai,Zhongji,Yinlingquan,Taichong,Hegu,scalp needle reproductive area,use flash tank on Shuidao;Luteal phase: Zhiyang,Shenshu,Lieque,Zhaohai,put moxibustion on Baliao.In menstruation different period with warm needling method and electric acupuncture and local flash tank,three times a week.Treatment continued for 3 menstrual cycles after,to evaluate TCM syndrome score and improve TCM curative effect evaluation,detection of D-dimer,homocysteine(Hcy),plasma Fibrinogen(FIB)content.Statistical pregnancy outcomes: 14 days after the embryo transfer,?-HCG positive(?5IU/L),after 4 weeks,no pregnancy sac was observed under B ultrasound,and blood value decreased to normal suggesting biochemical pregnancy;B ultrasound showed intrauterine pregnancy sac was diagnosed as clinical pregnancy.Results :(1)The age of patients,infertility reasons,TCM syndrome score,thrombosis related indicators(Hcy,D-dimer,FIB)before treatment were compared between the two groups,and statistical analysis showed no difference,which were comparable.(2)Comparison of Hcy,D-dimer and FIB between the two groups after treatment:(1)comparison of Hcy between the two groups after treatment showed that the Hcy level in the acupuncture group was(11.02±5.01)umol/L,and that in the control group was(11.40±5.06)umol/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)D-dimer between the two groups after treatment,acupuncture group D-dimer for mu g/m L(0.48±0.20),the control group(0.60±0.22)for mu g/m L,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that in this study,on the basis of oral aspirin use the staged acupuncture therapy based on the theory of " Chong meridian is the sea of blood " to reduce the D-dimer level has obvious synergistic effect;(3)The comparison of FIB between the two groups after treatment showed that the acupuncture group was(3.17±0.52)g/L,and the control group was(3.42±0.51)g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that in this study,on the basis of oral aspirin,the use of phasedmoxibustion therapy based on "blood for blood" had a significant synergizing effect on the reduction of FIB level.(3)The TCM syndrome score of the acupuncture group after treatment was(21.71±9.25),and that of the control group was(38.18±14.96).The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared after repeated measurement data anova,P < 0.001,indicating that the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment.Acupuncture group is better than the control group.(4)In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,acupuncture group cured 4 patients,19 patients showed significant effect,11 patients were effective,and 0 patients were ineffective.In the control group,there were 0 cured,13 effective,11 effective and 10 ineffective.Fisher's exact probability analysis showed that,P < 0.001,the efficacy evaluation of acupuncture group was significantly different from that of control group.The recovery rate and significant efficiency in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was no difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group.The total effective rate of acupuncture group was significantly better than the control group.(5)Biochemical pregnancy rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed,5(14.71%)in the acupuncture group and 7(20.59%)in the control group.X2 test showed that P>0.05,indicating no difference in biochemical pregnancy rates between the two groups.The clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups was 19(55.88%)in the acupuncture group and 8(23.53%)in the control group.X2 test showed that P < 0.05,indicating a significant difference between the two groups.The clinical pregnancy rate of the acupuncture group was significantly better than that of the control group.
