Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion with macular edema in patients with different baseline vision. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 57 patients with RVO and CME who underwent intravitreal injection of Conbercept was performed by FFA angiography with a total of 57 eyes. All patients received a 1+PRN treatment based on baseline vision.Divided into two groups, group A: low baseline visual acuity group, best corrected visual acuity <0.1,a total of 30 cases of 30 eyes;group B: high baseline visual acuity group, best corrected visual acuity ? 0.1,a total of 27 cases of 27 eyes.Collect visual acuity, intraocular pressure, optical coherence tomography(OCT)measurement, fundus photography, fundus fluorescein and other examination data, observe the initial treatment, best corrected visual acuity in January,March,June, foveal thickness of the macula, injection Number of times and complications.Result:The best corrected visual acuity in group A was 1.65±0.39.The best corrected visual acuity in January,March and June was 1.20±0.48,1.08±0.55,1.05±0.56.Compared with before treatment, the visual acuity was significantly improved(P<0.05).The baseline CMT was 481.4±146.1.The CMT of the first, third and sixth months after operation was 344.9±78.8,310.6±74.1,274.0±89.9.The thickness of the fovea was significantly lower than that before surgery, and the edema was obviously resolved. The best corrected visual acuity in group B was 0.69±0.17.The best corrected visual acuity in the first, third and sixth months after surgery was 0.49±0.20,0.49±0.51,0.35 ± 0.17,and the visual acuity was significantly higher than that before treatment.Baseline CMT was 423.4±66.7,and CMT was 331.2±65.6,331.2±65.5,and 273.7 ± 73.6 at 1,3,and 6 months after operation. The macular edema was significantly resolved, and the curative effect was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of fights and total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion :Conbercept is effective in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema, which can improve vision and reduce macular edema. There is no significant difference in the improvement range between patients with different baseline visual acuity.
