The Clinical Observation On The Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine In The Treatment Of Visceral Heat Retention Type Of Nasal Deep

Objective : To observe the improvement degree of subjective symptoms and objective signs of nasosinusitis oral liquid combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cholera-fu-yu febrile nasoyuan,and to compare with the guidelines for drug use,to objectively evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of this type of nasoyuan.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with biyuan syndrome were collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine,and their clinical manifestations were in accordance with the syndrome differentiation.Observation group of 30 cases were treated by oral sinusitis oral liquid and acupuncture treatment,the control group 30 cases were treated by oral erythromycin treatment,use the method of statistical analysis of observation group and control group before and after treatment of subjective and objective index score,in order to make clear combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment of gallbladder relieving wind-cold type nose deep the effectiveness of the symptoms,signs,and presence of advantage.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data: the gender,age and other baseline data of the patients in the observation group and the control group were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Subjective symptoms(nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,decreased sense of smell)VAS score: compared with the control group,the subjective symptoms VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment;After treatment,VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in terms of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache and decreased sense of smell,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.objective physical score(Lund-Kennedy score in nasal endoscopy and Lund-Mackay score in CT examination of nasal sinus): after treatment,the objective physical score in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: after treatment,there was no significant difference in objective physical signs score between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of total efficacy: the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were respectively 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant by rank-sum testConclusion : According to the preliminary clinical study results,both the observation group and the control group had certain effectiveness in alleviating the subjective symptoms of the fung-yu fever-type nasal deep,but no significant effect in improving the objective signs.Compared with the control group,the observation group had advantages in relieving nasal congestion,reducing runny nose,relieving headache and improving olfactory function.The study period is limited,the long-term efficacy is not clear,and the research on the treatment mechanism is not in-depth,but it opens up new ideas for the treatment of biyuan,and provides a more convenient and less expensive method.
