| Objective:This paper analyzes the distribution of TCM syndromes,syndrome types,overweight,obesity and influencing factors in overweight and obese patients,and further discusses the health management scheme of overweight and obese patients,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:This topic is divided into three parts to carry on the research.The first part is to investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome elements and syndrome types in overweight and obese patients.From June 2018 to September 2018,266 overweight patients in Tuanjiehu Community of Beijing were selected as the subjects of the study,according to the Metrological Syndrome differentiation of Common symptoms."Syndrome differentiation" formulates the "symptom questionnaire","syndrome differentiation table",collects the clinical symptoms of the patients,adopts the method of syndrome differentiation and integral,extracts the disease syndrome elements and disease syndrome elements,and uses statistical analysis to analyze overweight.The distribution of TCM syndrome elements and syndrome types in obese patients.The second part is the clinical investigation of overweight and obesity.Correlation with influencing factors,from June 2018 to September 2018,the Beijing Lianghu Community was selected to meet the inclusion criteria,and 50 obesity patients excluded from the criteria were taken as experimental groups,50 adults with normal weight as the control group,and the<Influence Factors Collection Form>were filled out,and the correlation between overweight,obesity and influencing factors were analyzed statistically analyzed.The third part discusses the health management plan of overweight and obesity patients according to the relationship between TCM syndrome,syndrome distribution,overweight,obesity and influencing factors in overweight and obesity patients.Results:The distribution of disease syndrome elements was 184 cases(6917%),158 cases(59.40%),146 cases(54.89%),60 cases(22.56%),60 cases(22.56%),respectively.There were 60 cases of gas depression(22.56%),34 cases of heat(12.78%),22 cases of dryness(8.27%),22 cases of yin deficiency(8.27%)and 22 cases of deficiency of Jin(8.27%).The first three solid syndromes were qi stagnation in 184 cases(6917%),dampness in 158 cases(59.40%)and cold in 60 cases.The firstthree deficiency syndromes were qi deficiency in 146 cases(54.89%),yang deficiency in 60 cases(22.56%)and yang floating in 60 cases(22.56%).According to the descending order,146 cases(54.89%)of spleen,86 cases(32.33%)of liver,86cases(32.33%)of gallbladder,86 cases(32.33%)of heart spirit and 12 cases(4.51%)of stomach were distributed in descending order.According to the descending order,the distribution of syndrome types was as follows: spleen deficiency dampness resistance type 86 cases(32.33%),liver stagnation qi stagnation type 86 cases(32.33%)> kidney spleen yang deficiency type 60 cases(22.56%).,22 cases(8.27%)were yin deficiency and internal heat type,12 cases(4.51%)were stomach heat and dampness resistance type.The protective factors for overweight and obesity were normal happy mood,good sleep quality,non-smoking and drinking less than 3 times a week.Family history of obesity,often eat snacks,often eat meat,eat fried food,eat relatively large,eat fast,overeat more than 3 times a week,like to eat full,eat before bedtime,hunger,sit-in time > 8 hours,sleep time after 11:00.Exercise less than three times a week is a risk factor.Conclusion:Overweight and obese patients are mainly spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type,liver depression and qi stagnation type,many influencing factors,various treatment methods,overweight,obese patients can not use a single therapy,need to distinguish disease syndrome differentiation,because of disease,because of the whole treatment.According to the TCM syndrome types of overweight and obese patients and the correlation of influencing factors,this paper provides some health management guidance for patients,and provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of overweight and obesity. |
