Efficacy Of Tizhaguse Operation In Treating Varicose Mixed Homorrhoid

Objective : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tizhaguse Operation and Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of varicose mixed hemorrhoids by comparing the difference.Methods : Sixty cases of mixed hemorrhoids with varicose vein were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Tizhaguse and the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan.The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and observed: anal pain(1 day after operation,3 days after operation,7 days after operation),anal margin edema,anal distension,postoperative bleeding,Anal function;The total effective rate,hospitalization time of the two groups were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tizhaguse in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with varicose veins.Results:There was no significant difference in sex,age and severity between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Postoperative complications: the pain scores of the treatment group on the first day,the third day and the seventh day were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the postoperative pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The degree of edema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference in anal distension between the two groups after operation,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),The bleeding score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.There was significant difference in anal function between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).The anal function score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the hospitalization time between the two groups(P < 0.05).The length of hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the same effect was found in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with varicose veins.Conclusion:The design idea of Tizaguse Operation is based on the theory ofcombination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,the treatment of internal hemorrhoids is carried out by double penetration suture,the mucous membrane above the ligation point is injected with Xiaozhiling,and the external hemorrhoid tissue is treated by linear incision,which not only removes the symptoms of the disease but also protects part of the anal pad tissue.The treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with varicose vein is effective,less complications after operation short hospital stay and so on.It is worth popularizing in basic hospital.
