| Objective:Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)is characterized by a short neck, accompanied by varying degrees of asphyxia and arousal in male patients with frequent high-pitched snoring. At present, many studies have shown that(1-2),hypertension combined with OSAS can cause multiple organ and multiple system involvement in the body, among which cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease are most prominent.Such patients may have hypercoagulable state in the blood. When the body’s blood viscosity increases, the probability of deep vein thrombosis and stroke increases, and the disability rate and mortality rate are high.Studies have shown that prethrombotic state and inflammatory factors promote the development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.Whether hypertension and OSAS have hypercoagulable state and inflammatory response remains to be elucidated. Therefore, this study aimed to discuss the effects of hypertension combined with OSAS on prethrombotic state and inflammatory factors.Method:The Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, was admitted to our department from October 2017 to October 2018.30 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and hypertension were enrolled as observation group, and 30 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were selected. For example,30 patients with simple hypertension and 30 patients with healthy group were controls.Collect the general condition of the patient(name, gender, age, past history, history of smoking and drinking, history of marriage and childbirth,etc.).The inflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-a,IL-10)and coagulation factors(CD62p,CD63,vWF,Fg,TXB2,PAI-1,t-PA)were measured in 4 groups for correlation analysis.ResultThe results of this study showed that the results of CD62 p,CD63,vWF,Fg,TXB2,and PAI-1 were significantly higher in patients with hypertension and OSAS than in patients with OSAS,hypertension, and healthy group(P<0.05)..The t-PA test results were lower in the hypertension-treated OSAS group than in the OSAS alone,hypertension-only group, and healthy group(P<0.05).The results of CD62 p,CD63,vWF,Fg,TXB2,and PAI-1 were significantly higher in the hypertensive patients with OSAS than in those with simple OSAS and hypertension alone. The t-PA test results were significantly lower in the hypertension-treated OSAS group than in the OSAS alone and hypertension-only groups. The results of pro-inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-a were higher in patients with hypertension and OSAS than in patients with OSAS,hypertension alone, and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and anti-inflammatory factor IL.The results of-10 test were lower in patients with hypertension and OSAS than those with OSAS,hypertension alone, and control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the results of pro-inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-a were significantly higher in patients with hypertension and OSAS than those with OSAS and hypertension alone, while the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 test results were compared in hypertension with OSAS.Simple OOS and simple hypertension were significantly reduced. Conclusion:Both blood pressure and OSAS have varying degrees of high prethrombotic state and high inflammatory factor levels. However, hypertension combined with OSAS showed a more pronounced thrombotic state and inflammatory response. |
