Objective: To study the change and clinical significance of Hemorheology to Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods: Selected patients with OSHAS as test group,Divided them into light degree group and medium heavy degree group . 49 adults without OSAS were as control group.measured Hemorheology,such as whole blood viscosity ,plasma viscosity and haematocrit and AHI by PSG , compared its difference . Results:①OSAHS group was higher than healthy control group in whole blood viscosity(high shear rate,low shear rate), plasma viscosity ,RAI, HCT. ( P<0.05)②. BMI in medium heavy OSAHS group was higher than light OSAHS group ( P<0.01); medium heavy OSAHS group in in whole blood viscosity(high shear rate,low shear rate), plasma viscosity ,RAI, HCT,were more higher than light OSAHS and healthy control group ( P<0105, P<0101);③.The OSAHS group was higher than healthy control group in whole blood viscosity(high shear rate,low shear rate), plasma viscosity ,RAI, HCT.④The related analysis discovers that the whole blood viscosity(high shear rate,low shear rate) was all related with AHI,LSaO2 and SIT90 ( P<0.05), RA I was related with LAT and LSaO2 ( P < 0 . 05); HCT was related with LSaO2 ( P < 0 . 05).Conclusion: Whole blood viscosity of patients with OSHAS are increase ,and it increase while desease worse. Hyperviscosity increasing easily cause thrombotic desease.The OSAHS patients exist abnormal Hemorheology, may this is a important reason.easiy to catch thromboembolism in heart cerebral–vascular.
