Objective:To research the value of enhanced CT combined with tumor markers in the diagnosis and staging of advanced gastric cancer. Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,100 patients diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer in our department and undergoing concurrent surgery were selected as the study subjects.Preoperative enhanced CT scan and tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA724,CA125)were completed.Combined with postoperative pathology, the correlation between tumor markers and the progression of gastric cancer was analyzed.TNM staging was predicted based on CT imaging findings, and the coincidence rate was calculated based on postoperative pathological diagnosis,so as to draw a conclusion. Results:There were statistically significant differences in lymph node metastasis between CA125 and CEA in gastric cancer patients(P < 0.05).CA199 showed a statistically significant difference in tumor invasion depth(P < 0.05).CA724 showed statistically significant differences in tumor invasion depth and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05).TNM staging was predicted by enhanced CT imaging.Compared with postoperative pathological results, the coincidence rate of enhanced CT in predicting T2,T3 and T4 stages of advanced gastric cancer was 62.5%,71.4% and 87.8%,respectively.The overall coincidence rate of N staging diagnosis was 73.0%,and that of M staging was 95.0%.As for the evaluation of surgical method selection,it has a high accuracy of 98%.As for the evaluation of surgical method selection,it has a high accuracy of 89.0%.Conclusion:Tumor markers were correlated with the invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.Enhanced CT has a high accuracy in the determination of TNM stage of advanced gastric cancer, indicating that tumor markers combined with enhanced CT have important reference value in the choice of surgical resection, surgical resection scope and surgical method of advanced gastric cancer.
