Clinical Observation On Treating Mild Cognitive Impairment After Ischemic Stroke With The Method Of Invigorating Marrow And Detoxifying Toxin

Objective: Based on the theory of "brain marrow",the purpose of this study is to study the effectiveness of the medullating and detoxifying method proposed by professor zhao jianjun in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.Methods: In clinic changchun university first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy jian-jun zhao,a professor at the outpatient service in ischemic stroke patients,selects the nerve internal medicine commonly used intelligence scale for mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),clinical dementia rating scale(CDR)as a screening tool,select 72 cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with mild cognitive dysfunction after,adopt the method of randomized into two groups,each group of 36 people,the two groups in gender,age,culture level had no statistical difference.In the treatment group,professor zhao jianjun prepared traditional Chinese medicine decoction(yizhiren 15 g,salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g,safflower 15 g,corus officinalis 15 g,earthworm 15 g,shidaculus 30 g,herba siegesbekiae 25 g,rhizoma rhizome15 g,herba herba herba 15g),which was taken orally three times a day in the morning,middle and evening.The control group was given the western medicine nimodipine tablets three times a day in the morning,middle and evening,with a dose of 30 mg per tablet.The treatment time of both the treatment group and the control group was three months.MMSE,MOCA,TCM syndrome score and efficacy evaluation of patients in the two groups were observed to objectively evaluate their efficacy.Conclusion: 1.Professor zhao jianjun's method of benefiting medullary detoxification has a special effect on TCM symptoms of patients with mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.2.Professor zhao jianjun,yisui detoxification method is significantly superior to nimodipine tablets in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.
