The Clinical Obserration Of Mild Cognitive Impairment After Ischemic Stroke By Different Electroacupuncture Waveform

Objective:The clinical curative effect of mild cognitive impairment observed in different waveform electroacupuncture for treatment of ischemic stroke.Method:60 cases met the diagnostic criteria of mild cognitive impairment caused by ischemic stroke were chosen from 2th ward of the Second affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of TCM,randomly divided into rarefaction-wave group, dense-wave group and the dilatational-wave group with 20 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were treated with neural department of internal medicine routine admission such as reduced intracranial pressure,antiplatelet aggregation,improve cerebral circulation,nutritional support treatment. Each group was imposed on the basis of acupuncture Baihui, Shenting with electroacupuncture. Rarefaction-wave test group selected rarefaction wave treatment, frequency selection 2HZ.the dense-wave test group selected dense wave therapy, frequency selection 100HZ,dilatational-wave test group selected dilatational wave treatment(50 times/min). The strength of the current in the patients can tolerate the degree, power 40 minutes.two times per day,one day rest after 6-day treatment.6 days as a course, and observe the clinical curative effect of three groups of patients were treated for 4 courses.Three groups with MMSE score, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) by the same operator to check 1 time before and after the treatment.Results:Total effectiveness rate in rarefaction-wave group was 50%, total effectiveness rate in dense-wave test group was 65%,while the total effectiveness rate in dilatational-wave test group was 80%. The three group total effectiveness comparisons have statistics significance (P<0.05). The MMSE score in the three groups of patients after treatment increased significantly, which have statistical differences significance compared with those before treatment (P<0.01). The MoCA score in the three groups of patients after treatment increased obviously,which have statistical differences significance compared with those before treatment (P<0.01). there were significant differences between three groups after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Rarefaction-wave, density-wave, dilatational-wave electroacupuncture could improve mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke.2.Dilatetional-wave of acupuncture in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke better than the overall effect of rarefaction-wave and dense-wave of electroacupuncture.
