Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Study Of Danfu Jiuxin Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: Clinical Study of Danfu Jiuxin Decoction on Chronic Heart Failure with Yang Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods: A randomized controlled study was conducted in this study.72 patients with chronic heart failure who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with Qiqiangxin Capsule and the treatment group was treated with Danfu Jiuxin Decoction.The scores of TCM syndromes and the curative effect of TCM syndromes were observed before and after the treatment group and the control group were treated.The changes of scores,cardiac function classification and6-minute walking test(6MWT)were analyzed statistically.Results: After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 81.25%,and that in the control group was 58.06%.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Compared with single syndromes of TCM,there was no significant difference in cold limbs and chest prickling(P < 0.05);dyspnea,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,complexion,bluish lips and spontaneous sweating(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.After treatment,the cardiac function grading of the two groups was compared P < 0.05,with statistical significance,and the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious.After treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups was78.13% in the treatment group and 58.06% in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.The effect of 6-minute walking test was 87.50% in the treatment group and 67.74% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group wasbetter than the control group.Conclusion: Danfu Jiuxin Decoction has better curative effect on chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and it can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,cardiac function and 6-minute walking test of patients.
