Clinical Curative-effective Study On Method Of "Guiding Fire To Origin" In Treating Children With Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis Hematuresis (Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency In Liver And Kidney)

Objective:The paper aims at playing the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on syndrome differentiation and treatment,with the method of “guiding fire to origin” to treat children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis hematuresis(Syndrome of yin deficiency in liver and kidney).By choosing New Zhibo Dihuang decoction to observe clinical curative effect,and furtherly to investigate the advantage and clinical feasibility on“guiding fire to origin” to treat children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,in addition,to perfect the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM in treating children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Method:The 80 cases of children with HSPN in accordance with the inclusive criteria were divided into the experiment group and the control group by the proportion of1:1,40 cases in each group.The experiment group were cured with New Zhibo Dihuang decoction,and the control group were cured with Original Zhibo Dihuang decoction,both the two groups were given the same dosage forms and dose.After 8weeks for treating,The two groups were done statistical analysis in pretherapy and post-treatment TCM symptom score and laboratory indexes by SPSS.Result:(1)Due to shedding cases in the two groups during treatment process,finally,39 cases,37 cases respectively in the treatment group and control group being adopted to do data statistics.(2)Hematuresis effect in two groups:In the treatment group,the cure rate is 41.03%,the obvious effective rate is 30.77%,the response rate is23.08%,the total effective rate is 94.87%;In the control group,the cure rate is18.92%,the obvious effective rate is 35.14%,the response rate is 29.73%,the total effective rate is 83.78%;there is a statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05).(3)There is also a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on curative effect of TCM syndrome and disease curative effect(P<0.05).(4)There is no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the process of treating.Conclusion:New Zhibo Dihuang decoction to treat children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis hematuresis(Syndrome of yin deficiency in liver and kidney)not only achieving good clinical effect,but also existing no significant adverse reactions.Which confirms that the method of “guiding fire to origin” have certain effect to treat children with HSPN,and it can be spread in clinic.
