Objective:To explore the relationship between non-dementia-type vascular cognitive impairment(spleen-kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)and infarction sites through observational studies, and to explore the relationship between cognitive domains and infarct sites. Methods:Patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Brain Disease Area between January 20 and December 1818 were collected, and psychological assessment and syndrome scale screening were conducted.According to clinical data and evaluation results, the spleen and kidney were divided. After the VCIND group and the cognitive normal group, according to the MRI or CT results of the brain, the distribution of the VCIND patients and the infarction site were investigated, and the 7 cognitive domain lesions were measured according to the scale. The situation and explore whether there is a correlation with the corresponding infarct site.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 software.Baseline data were expressed as mean ąstandard deviation.Qualitative data were expressed in frequency and percentage. The meanąstandard deviation was used between groups. The difference between groups was compared by X2.Correlation was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. The relative risk was estimated by OR and 95%Cl.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The incidence of infarction in different parts of VCIND frontal lobe of spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm and phlegm type was from left upper recurrence(72.0%),right upper recurrence(43.3%),right gyri frontalis medius(33.3%),left gyri frontalis medius(30.0%),right Inferior frontal gyrus(30.0%),left Inferior frontal gyrus(26.0%),left ascending frontal gyri(18.2%),right ascending frontal gyri(18.2%).Therefore,it can be considered that the frontal infa?rction of the VCIND group of the spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is mainly distributed in the left gyris frontalis superior.2.The incidence of cognitive sub-injury in the left upper frontal infarction from high to low was alternately connected according to task cues(100.0%),language fluency(85.7%),language similarity Sexuality(70.4%),indicating that the spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and phlegm type VCIND left upper frontal damage mostly manifested as impaired function according to task clues, language similarity and language fluency.Conclusion:1.Patients with spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and phlegm-type VCIND frontal lobe infarction are mainly distributed in the left gyris frontalis superior.2.The spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and phlegm type VCIND left gyri frontalis superior damage mostly manifested as the function of alternating connections, language similarity and language fluency according to task clues.
