Clinical Study Of Tongbi Huoluo Decoction In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Liver And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective:Clinical study of tongbi huoluo decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency).Methods: This study through to the changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital pain and orthopaedic doors diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and included in this study standard(liver and kidney deficiency type)patients,in line with the principle of random grouping,72 patients were divided into treatment group(the control group(n =36,two groups there was no significant difference in age,gender,etc on the significance(P > 0.05)in the treatment group: give bi loose particles,1 bag each time,150 ml water a blunt/time,twice daily,morning and evening meal oral;control group: give strong bone joint capsule(Z20080055,approved by the China Resources Sanjiu Medical &Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),2 PCS each time,2 times daily,morning and night after dinner oral taking 2 weeks for one period of treatment in both groups,continue to take two period of treatment to observe,treatment process of two groups of patients were not taking other drugs in this study the relevant international knee arthritis WOMAC scale VAS score and the outcome as a therapeutic effect evaluation standard of clinical syndromes.Results:Summary international knee arthritis WOMAC scale VAS score and outcome of syndromes scores by statistical calculation processing,the results shown: WOMAC scale and VAS score results treatment group and control group,(P > 0.05),shows no obvious difference between treatment group and control group,but in the outcome evaluation of syndromes,the treatment group is better than that of control group,(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than control group on overall symptoms improve.Conclusion:There was no significant difference between the tongbi huoluo granule treatment group and the control group in the international WOMAC scale and VAS score of knee arthritis,but the curative effect was better than that of the control group in the aspects of dull pain of knee joint,weakness and weakness of waist and knee,acid and pain,even more fatigue,red tongue,less moss,thin and weak pulse,etc.Through clinical verification,tongbi huoluo granule is an effective prescription for the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint with deficiency of liver and kidney.
