| Objective: This paper is mainly aimed at the clinical verification of the use of the classical prescription Chaihu Shugan San combined with Zuojin Wan in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis from the aspect of TCM.The focus of the study is to verify the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San combined with Zuojin Wan in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis(syndrome of qi depression transforming into fire).It is proved that TCM syndrome differentiation can improve the curative effect,shorten the course of treatment,delay the recurrence,improve the quality of life of the patients,and achieve a better long-term effect.Methods: All the patients in this study were from the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach,affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of them met the clinical diagnosis and inclusion criteria of chronic cholecystitis(syndrome of qi depression transforming into fire).In this study,the selected cases were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group.The possible specimen shedding problem was raised in advance,and an additional 12 samples were selected for the original 60 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Wan,while the patients in the control group were given Danshu soft capsule(Z0080528).Take oral administration for four weeks as a course of treatment,observe a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.The changes of the patient's condition during a course of treatment were closely observed,and the symptoms and signs of the patients during the treatment were recorded and scored in time,and the differences were compared.finally,the results were analyzed by statistical method,and the conclusion was drawn.Results: In this study,36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group were treated according to the above treatment plan,12 patients fell off and eliminated,and 30 patients in the final treatment group and 30 patients in the control group completed the experimental study successfully.The total effective rates were 90% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group,the cure rate was 66.67% and 33.33%,the markedly effective rate was 10% and 20%,the effective rate was 13.33% and 23.33%,and the ineffective rate was 10% and 23.33%.By judging the improvement of the disease with the help of clinical symptoms,it is concluded that the average total score before and after treatment in the treatment group is compared.First of all,the average value of the total score before and after treatment in the treatment group was compared 11.13±5.76 and 1.25±1.92;and in the control group was compared 11.12±5.78 and 6.06±3.59.According to the statistical manifestations of gallbladder color Doppler ultrasound,the results of the total curative effect showed that the symptom score was all P<0.05,all of which showed that the curative effect of the control group was not as obvious as that of the treatment group.From the above data,we can intuitively see that the therapeutic effect of Danshu soft capsule for this disease is not as good as Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Wans.Conclusion: The treatment of chronic cholecystitis(syndrome of qi depression transforming into fire)with Chaihu Shugan San and Zuojin Wan can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms,restore the physiological function of gallbladder,improve the thickness of gallbladder wall,rough and poor sound permeability,and promote the disappearance of inflammation.The treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine is safe and reliable,and it is worth popularizing in clinic. |
