Wenshen Jianpi Decoction For Treatment Of Asthma-Copd Overlap(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Blood Stasis)Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of wenshenjianpi decoction in the treatment of asthma combined with pulmonary distension(asthma-COPD overlap),which was clinically classified as chronic duration(level III),and TCM syndrome type was spleen-kidney deficiency with blood stasis.Methods: Among the outpatient patients,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of wheezing combined with lung distension and chronic duration(grade III severe)(spleen-kidney deficiency and stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,36 cases were given wenshenjianpi decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalant(symbicole).In the control group,36 cases were treated by inhalation only.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both the treatment group and the control group.After the course of treatment,the data of the two groups were sorted out,and the syndrome scores and CAT scores of the two groups were statistically summarized.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistics and analysis to evaluate the efficacy of the drug administration schemes of the two groups.Results:TCM syndromes: in the treatment group,there were 24 cases of obvious effect,9 cases of effective,3 cases of ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.67%.The effective rate was 83.00% in the control group.The P values of cough,interlaryngeal croup,wheezing,expectoration and stool in the main syndromes were all less than 0.05 by t test.In the CAT scoring group,the effective rate was 94.44%,the effective rate was 34 cases,and the ineffective rate was 2 cases.The effective rate of the control group was 86.11%,31 cases were effective and 5 cases were invalid.After statistical test,the P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion: Adopt the kidney and invigorating spleen decoction internal and joint budesonide f ROM mott powder inhaler suction treatment xiao disease with pulmonary bulge,clinical classification for chronic duration(level III severe),two type of syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency carry blood stasis type with a cloth to Ned only f ROM mott powder inhaler suction comparison,the scores in and CAT scores improve has very obviousadvantage,worth in bed in the promotion and application.
