| Objective: This experimental study is based on the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine.With reference to the latest modern pharmacological research and combined with clinical observations,the theory is linked to clinical practice,and the theory is verified by clinical use.Professor Yang Lihua's experience in using the blood therapy method to treat patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris is summarized.It is proved that Kunlu Tongxin decoction has a good clinical effect on the relief of clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease.To explore the safety and clinical value of kunlu macaroni decoction,and hope that it can be better used in clinic.Methods: Under the guidance of the tutor,72 patients with coronary heart disease were included according to the inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were taken orally as basic drugs,and the treatment group was oral on this basis Kunlu Tongxin decoction.The control group added Xuefu Zhuyu capsule for 4 weeks clinical trial.Kunlu Tongxin decoction: Antler Powder 2 g,Herb 15 g,Cod 15 g,Cooked Land 10 g,Rhodiola 10 g,White Pelican 10 g,Chicken Blood Vine 10 g,Angelica 10 g,Astragalus 15 g,Houpu 10 g,Zhejiang Bay 10 g,Mai Dong 10 g,Atractylodes 10 g.Each time 150 ml water decoction,take each morning and evening.(Chinese medicine comes from the Chinese pharmacy of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine).Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule,Production Enterprise: Tianjin Hongrentang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,approved symbol: Chinese medicine Z12020223,2.4 mg at a time,2 oral doses per day.Before and after the test,the patients were counted for TCM syndrome.Results: In this study,72 patients were admitted to the group.The compliance of the two groups was good,and there were no cases of exfoliation and elimination.The two groups of patients were compared from gender,age,and pre-treatment TCM syndromes points.The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of subjects had comparable pre-treatment gender,age,and TCM syndromes points.After 28 days,statistical analysis of the total TCM syndromes before and after treatment of the two groups of patients showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 83.33 %,and in the control group it was 77.78 %.Both groups were effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina.However,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group and the control group were effective in improving chest pain,chest tightness,palpitations,shortness of breath,lack of sleep,fatigue,weakness of the waist and knees,and other symptoms.After statistical software analysis,P<0.05 was obtained,and there were differences.The treatment group was better than the control group.There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion: There was no adverse reaction in 72 patients in the group,which indicated that the two groups had better safety.Both the treatment group and the control group could effectively improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,but the treatment group was more significant than the control group in terms of symptoms such as chest pain,chest tightness,paleness,shortness of heart palpitations,sleeplessness,soft waist and knees,and pale face.The total efficiency was greater than that of the control group.It shows that Kunlu Tongxin decoction is effective and safe for patients with coronary heart disease.It is worth further clinical study. |
