Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Huanglianwendantang Decoction In The Treatment Of Metabolic Syndrome Combined With Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome integral.angina pectoris curative effect,nitroglycerin stopping rate,electrocardiogram curative effect and SAQ score in MS patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,and to detect its influence on blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure indexes and evaluate its safety.Methods:62 outpatients diagnosed as MS complicated with stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with modified Huanglian Wendan decoction for 4 weeks.The scores of TCM syndromes,angina pectoris efficacy,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate,electrocardiogram efficacy,SAQ score were observed before and after treatment,and blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure indicators were detected to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Curative effect comparison of TCM syndrome after treatment:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of two groups were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of angina pectoris after treatment:after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of nitroglycerin stopping and reducing rate after treatment:the stopping and reducing rate of nitroglycerin in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of the curative effect of electrocardiogram after treatment:The curative effect of electrocardiogram in the two groups was not significantly improved compared with that before treatment.there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).5.Comparison of SAQ scores after treatment:the scores of physical activity limitation,stable angina pectoris,angina pectoris attack and satisfaction degree of treatment in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment.compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).compare between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).6.Comparison of blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure after treatment:the blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Modified Huanglian Wendan decoction can improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with stable angina pectoris,phlegm and blood stasis.2.The modified Huanglian Wendan decoction can improve angina symptoms,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and SAQ score in MS patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,but the effect of electrocardiogram is not obvious.3.Modified Huanglian Wendan decoction can improve blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure levels in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with stable angina pectoris and phlegm-blood stasis.4.The modified Huanglian Wendan decoction has no adverse reactions in the treatment of metabolic syndrome complicated with stable angina pectoris,phlegm and blood stasis,indicating that the prescription is safe and effective.
