The Clinical Study Of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills In The Treatment Of Subclinical Hypothyroidism

Objective: Through clinical research,To explore the early prevention and treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism,Comparing the differences between Chinese patent medicine and Western medicine,To evaluate the clinical effect of Qishen yiqi dropping pills on subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods: The research included 60 cases,all from the endocrinology department of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient dialectical patients,using a practical randomized controlled clinical trial method,according torandomized grouping,divided into treatment group(Qishen yiqi dropping pills plus Youjiale)30 cases and control group(Youjiale)30 cases,and the clinical efficacy,safety,side effects were evaluated.Continuous observation for 4 weeks and follow-up for 4months were conducted to analyze the data of the two groups.Results: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and clinical efficacy of the two groups improved significantly,and the statistical difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism was significantly better than that of the control group.The safety markers of the two groups were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: In clinical research,Qishen yiqi dropping pills can effectively treat subclinical hypothyroidism,improve clinical symptoms and signs,especially the main symptoms of patients(fatigue,poor memory,slow reaction).It also reduces the integral of TCM syndromes,improves the condition as soon as possible,and improves the quality of life.
