Objective: by observing the patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,to verify the clinical effect of dietary intervention on the patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. Methods: a total of 72 patients with standard coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the experimental group. Before the treatment, the patients in the two groups underwent physical fitness determination and heat control, while the control group received routine treatment and symptomatic treatment such as anti-platelet and lipid lowering.Experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment, diet intervention,12 weeks of treatment, observation of traditional Chinese medicine physique, angina pectoris curative effect, random blood pressure changes, nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate, glycosylated hemoglobin, angina, integral,Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score, health survey touting SF-36 scale, carries on the analysis summary. Results: a total of 72 patients were included, including 36 in the control group and 36 in the experimental group. There were 3 cases of abscission, including 1 in the control group and 2 in the experimental group. The number of final cases was 35 in the control group and34 in the experimental group.1.Constitution cluster analysis: qi stagnation quality and phlegm dampness quality account for a large proportion.Few of them are of special quality or even quality.2.Comparison of constitution types: after treatment, the constitution of the experimental group was significantly changed compared with that of the control group(P <0.05).The constitution of the test group was significantly changed before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant change in constitution in the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, compared with before treatment, the proportion of compound constitution type was less and that of single constitution type increased.3.The efficacy of angina pectoris, angina pectoris score and nitroglycerin reduction rate were significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).4.Random blood pressure changes: there was no significant change in the random blood pressure of the control group after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, there were significant differences in random blood pressure in the test group(P < 0.05).The blood pressure of the test group was significantly different from that of the control group(P <0.05).5.Glycosylated hemoglobin changes: there were significant changes in glycosylated hemoglobin in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group(P < 0.05).After treatment,hba1 c in the test group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of scores of Seattle angina scale and health survey brief table(sf-36)between the two groups: PL and AF of the test group were better than those of the control group in the Seattle angina scale(P < 0.05).In the health survey summary table(sf-36),the mental health, energy and general health status of the test group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the test physical identification diet intervention in coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect,on the basis of foundation treatment combined diet intervention, and can improve the traditional Chinese medicine physique, improve the clinical symptoms, reduce random, lower glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure improved angina recurrence rate,to improve the patients quality of life has a great significance.
