| Objective: To investigate the status of quality of life,anxiety and depression in OSAS patients,analyze whether different demographic characteristics and severity have significant difference with it,and explore the correlation between quality of life,anxiety and depression in OSAS patients,so as to provide reference and practical evidence for nursing measures to alleviate anxiety and depression of OSAS patients and improve their life quality.Methods: With the cross-sectional survey method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 130 cases of OSAS patients confirmed in a third-class hospital in Sichuan province,during April 2018 to July 2018.By using the general information questionnaire,extensive anxiety scale,patient health questionnaire depression scale and WHO quality of life questionnaire.The data collected were processed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.The statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis,t Test,single factor analys of variance,and person correlation analysis.Results: 1.The total quality of life score of OSAS patients was(12.80±2.69),including physiological field(12.66±2.41),psychological field(13.08±2.01),independence field(15.68±2.11),social relationship field(12.94±1.87),environment field(11.81±1.75)and religious belief field(11.18±3.55).Scores of physiology,psychology,social relations,environment and quality of life were lower than norm(P<0.05).2.There were 34.2% OSAS patients with anxiety,including 20.0% OSAS patients with mild anxiety,10.0% OSAS patients with moderate anxiety,and 4.2% OSAS patients with severe anxiety.44.2% OSAS patients with depression,including 27.5% patients with mild depression,12.5% patients with moderate depression,2.5% patients with moderate or severe depression and 1.7% patients with severe depression.3.OSAS patients with different degrees of severity,body mass index,gender,age,marital status and ethnicity showed differences in quality of life(P<0.05).4.There were differences in anxiety and depression among OSAS patients with different severity(P<0.01).5.Anxiety scores of OSAS patients were negatively correlated with scores in the field of social relations and religious beliefs of quality of life(P<0.05),depression scores of OSAS patients were negatively correlated with total scores and physiological fields of quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The OSAS patients,overall quality of life is low,and the incidence rate of anxiety and depression is high.2.Severity,body mass index,gender,age,marital status and ethnicity have an impact on quality of life in OSAS patients.3.Severity has an impact on anxiety and depression in OSAS patients.4.The quality of life of OSAS patients was associated with anxiety and depression.Alleviating anxiety and depression of patients is conducive to improving their quality of life,and the improvement of quality of life is also conducive to alleviating anxiety and depression of patients. |
