Research On Social Network Measurement Index System Of Old People Under Modern Medical Model

Background: The number of elderly people in China is increasing,and the aging situation is severe.In particular,the health problems of the elderly have become a serious public health problem and social problem in an aging society.How to effectively improve the health of the elderly has become a hot topic of current research.Social network theory is a concept of sociology,which refers to the collection of stable relationships between different actors.In recent years,it has gradually been introduced into the health field.Relevant research shows that social networks and the physical,psychological,quality of life and life satisfaction of the elderly are related.relationship.The modern medical model is a medical concept and methodology that observes,analyzes,thinks,and deals with health and disease-related problems from the biological,psychological,and social aspects,and guides the change of the elderly health strategy.This paper builds the social network of the elderly based on the modern medical model.The measurement index system develops and applies the “social network” resources of the elderly in the case of limited input of tangible resources,and provides new ideas for promoting the health of the elderly.Objective: Defining the constituent elements,connotations,dimensions and the social network measurement theory model of the elderly in China,constructing the social network measurement index items of the elderly according to the theoretical model,and developing a social network measurement index system for the elderly in line with China's national conditions and cultural background.It can be widely used in the measurement of social networks in the health of the elderly.The design index system is evaluated and improved from the aspects of content validity,structural validity and reliability.Methods: Based on the bio-psycho-social modern medical model,this study combines the theory of aging of the elderly,the study of aging psychology,the theory of aging activities and the theory of separation,and establishes the society of the elderly through literature review,content analysis,and expert group discussion.Network measurement theory model;through the literature review,content analysis,key informant interviews and other methods to determine the first draft of the social network measurement index system for the elderly;through the Delphi method to the preliminary draft of the indicator system,determine the social network measurement index system for the elderly;through the field investigation The law evaluates the reliability,validity and acceptability of the identified indicator system.Results:(1)Old-age social network measurement theory model: This study is based on the bio-psycho-social modern medical model,combined with the relevant health theory of the elderly including biological aging theory,psychological correlation research,old age activity theory and separation theory,from bio-psychological-The three levels of society measure the social network of the elderly,and construct a five-dimensional social network measurement index system including the health guard network,the emotional support network,the social interaction network,the social participation network,and the social support network.(2)Primary selection of indicators: 52 items were selected through literature review,content analysis,key lover interviews,etc.,and 17 items with duplicate and unclear semantics were deleted,and 35 items were finally retained.(3)Delphi method to determine the index system: select 19 experts in related fields,and finally determine the indicator system through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation method,including 5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators.And determine the connotation,measurement methods,measurement tools,etc.of each indicator.(4)Evaluation of the indicator system: A multi-stage sampling method is used to extract a city in Anhui Province,and a district and a county are randomly selected in the city.A city community and a rural community were randomly selected from the district and county to survey 434 elderly people over 60 years old in urban and rural communities.After analyzing the data,the reliability and validity of the indicator system is good and the acceptability is high.Conclusion: According to the requirements of modern medical model,this study constructed five dimensions,12 secondary indicators and 32 third-level indicators for the elderly society through literature review method,content analysis method,key informant interview and two rounds of Delphi method.The network measures the indicator system and evaluates the reliability and validity of the indicator information through on-site investigation.The results show that the indicator system has good reliability and validity.The on-site investigation also shows that the indicator system has good scientific,feasibility and acceptability.The index system has good applicability when studying the problems of urban and rural elderly social networks in China.
