Objective To describe the status quo of health literacy and secondary prevention compliance of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease;To analyze the influencing factors of inpatients with coronary heart disease;To explore the correlation between health literacy and secondary prevention compliance in patients with coronary heart disease.It provides a theoretical basis for formulating targeted health intervention plans and effectively improving the compliance of secondary prevention in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From October 2017 to May 2018,419 patients with coronary heart disease were investigated by convenient sampling method in the department of cardiovascular medicine of three third-grade a hospitals in Hefei city.Questionnaire consisting of general socio-demographic and disease-related information questionnaire,chronic disease health literacy scale,electronic health literacy scale,revised Chinese medication compliance scale and non-drug compliance scale was used.Epi Data3.1 was used to establish the database and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.The status quo of health literacy,scores of various dimensions and influencing factors were analyzed,and the status quo and influencing factors of electronic health literacy were analyzed.Univariate analysis of drug compliance and nondrug compliance was performed.Spearman analysis was used to analyze the correlation between patients' health literacy and electronic health literacy with drug compliance and non-drug compliance.Results 1.The total score of health literacy of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was(86.32 +21.63).According to the average score of dimensions,we can see:improving health willingness > communicative and interactive ability > economic support willingness > information acquisition ability.Age,education level and per capita monthly family income are independent influencing factors of health literacy.The total score of electronic health literacy in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was(22.04 +8.35).Age,education level,occupation,form of medical insurance and the presence of other diseases are all independent influencing factors of e-health literacy.2.The total score of non-drug compliance for secondary prevention in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was 8.00(4.00,11.00).Education level,form of medical insurance and whether they have other diseases are the influencing factors.The total score of secondary preventive drug compliance in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was 6.00(4.00,9.00).Education level,medical insurance form,occupation and family per capital monthly income are the influencing factors.3.There was a correlation between the health literacy of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and the non-drug compliance of secondary prevention(r = 0.114,P = 0.02);There was a correlation between the health literacy of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease and the compliance of secondary prevention(r = 0.221,P =0.000);There was no correlation between electronic health literacy score and secondary prevention non-drug compliance score(r = 0.049,P = 0.321);There was a correlation between the score of electronic health literacy and the score of secondary preventive drug compliance(r = 0.165,P = 0.001).Conclusion The health literacy of inpatients with coronary heart disease is deficient,and the electronic health literacy is seriously deficient;the secondary prevention non-drug compliance of inpatients with coronary heart disease is low,and the medication compliance is medium;the health literacy of inpatients with coronary heart disease is the influencing factor of secondary prevention compliance.Medical institutions and society should improve the health literacy of patients from the aspects of publicity forms,increasing the strength of medical insurance and so on,so as to further improve the compliance of secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.
