Objective To establish a new models of continuous nursing for patients with enterostomy and evaluate its effect,in order to provide convenience for the patients and their main nurses to obtain the relevant knowledge and health education materials,so as to improve the patient's self-care ability and the quality of life, and to reduce the workload of the nursing staff. Methods Sixty-six patients who underwent enterostomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group(33 cases each)by the method of random number table. In the control group, routine continuous nursing measures were used, including nursing guidance before discharge and nursing clinic follow-up,while the patients in the experimental group, the mobile platform APP was used for nursing intervention, and APP was regularly included postoperative attention items and complications prevention and treatment, colostomy bag replacement skills, health education, diet recommendation, psychological counseling and social adaptation guidance. At the time of discharge and one month after discharge, the patients in the two groups were investigated by using the Stoma Self-care Scale-early stage version(SSCS-early stage version),Ostomy Adjustment Scale(OAS),the Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale,in order to evalutate the patients' self-care,self-efficacy and adaptation level. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data,Stoma Self-care,orifice adaptability,Stoma Self-Efficacy at the time of discharge(P >0.05).One month after discharge, the scores of SSCS-early stage version in theexperimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The scores of the OAS of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01),but the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of each dimension and functional field of the Stoma Self-Efficacy Scale were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P <0.05).conclusion 1.The continuous nursing mode based on mobile platform APP technology can improve the patient's self-care ability and orifice adaptation ability, and improve the quality of life of the patients.2.The continuous nursing mode based on mobile platform APP technology is convenient and fast, which can lighten the burden of patients and improve the service efficiency of nursing staff.
