Research Objectives:Objectively describe the current status of the academic level of academic postgraduates in clinical medicine,Explore the relevant related factors of the cultivation of outstanding groups at the academic level,and provide scientific and feasible reference and basis for the enrollment and process cultivation of the academic medical postgraduates in clinical medical education departments and medical colleges in Guangdong Province,optimize the quality of clinical medical postgraduates.Research Content:Understand the academic quality of academic graduates and other relevant research standards and relevant influencing factors through the literature research method,certain the definition criteria for the excellent academic level of the research target and its related factors system by the Delphi method,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the research target,Conduct interviews with relevant tutors,divide the existing survey subjects into excellent group(20%)and control group(80%)by Pareto's law academic level score,and learn more from the three factors of individual,tutor,subject platform and administration.Mainly use descriptive statistical analysis,multivariate logistic regression analysis,single factor logistic regression analysis,Pearson chi-square test and t-test by SPSS22.0 software.Scientifically find out the real problems behind the data,summarize and analyze the reasons of the problems,systematically study the main influencing factors of the academic level of clinical medical masters,in order to optimize the guidance for graduate enrollment and whole process training.Research Results:Through empirical analysis of relevant influencing factors,it is found that there is no difference in the academic performance of academic postgraduates under different basic backgrounds.There are some differences between the academic performances of academic postgraduates under different admission information.There are some differences between the number and level of scientific research subjects.and the types of academic journals published.There are some differences between the training methods of the tutors and the academic postgraduates's academic performances,and there are some differences between the academic platform and the academic postgraduates academic performance.These factors are clinical and academic.Postgraduates training has a certain influence,and different methods and methods may lead to some differences in academic level.Research Conclusion:Through the research of this paper,systematically understand and recognize the relevant influencing factors of excellent academic postgraduates'^degree training in clinical medicine,and put forward from the aspects of student source recruitment,teaching and training,teacher-student communication,teaching mode and evaluation mechanism optimization.The feasibility proposal has important practical significance for the cultivation and development of the outstanding postgraduates's degree in clinical medicine in China.
