Cinical Observation On Qingdaijiedu Decoction Combined With Baofukang Suppository For Treating Cervical HR-HPV Infection Of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome And Its Influence On HPV E6/E7 MRNA

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingdaijiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository on the cervical HR-HPV in fection of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome through the change of TCM clinical syndromes,HPV DNA and cervical TCT of patients before and a fter treatment,seeking a practical and effective way to treat cervicatl HR-HPV infection in TCM for clinical promotion.to detect and analyze the expression of HPV e6/E7mRNA before and after the treatment,and trying to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:A total of 40 patients with cervical HR-HPV infection of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome were selected,and were divided into exper,imental group and control group(each 20 cases)according to their treatment intention.The experimental group was treated with Qingdaijiedu Decoction orally combined with Baofukang Suppository for vagina,while the control group was treated with Baofukang Suppository for vagina only.The treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM clinical syndromes,the changes of HPV DNA and cervical TCT,and the expression of HPV E6/E7mRNA were compared between the two groups.Another 25 patients who met the inclusion criteria made no choice of medication.They were also followed up for HPV DNA and HPV E6/E7mRNA.Results:(1)The average score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group after treatment was 4.90�2.5 1,among which 2 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The average score of the control group was 8.1 0�2.67,among which case was cured,3 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.There were statistically significant differences in scores and efficacy between the two groups(P=0.000/0.010?0.05),indicating that the improvement of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.(2)12 cases of HPV turned negative in the experimental group after treatment,with a negative conversion rate of 60%and a total effective rate of 90%.In the control group,there were 5 cases of HPV negative conversion,with a negative rate of 25%and a total effective rate of 75%.There were statistically significant differences in the negative conversion rate and total effective rate between the two groups(P=0.025/0.028?0.05),indicating that the efficacy of HPV clearance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.In the blank follow-up group,1 case dropped out and 1 case turned negative for HPV,with a negative conversion rate of 4%.Compared with the experimental group and the control group,there were significant differences(P=:0.045/0.000?0.05),indicating that the negative conversion rate of HPV after using drugs was higher than the natural negative conversion rate.(3)After treatment,9 cases of cervical TCT were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective in the experimental group.In the control group,4 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.045<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had a better improvement of cervical TC'T than the control group.(4)HPV E6/E7mRNA was negative in both the experimental group and the control group after treatment.In the blank follow-up group,1 case dropped out and I case was positive,with a positive rate of 4%.There was no statistically significant difference between the blank group and the other two groups in pairwise comparison(P=0.356>0.05).But the higher positive rate of blank group indicating that drugs could reduce the positive expression rate of HPV E6/E7mRNA.Conclusion:Qingdaijiedu Decoction combined with Baofukang Suppository has a significant effect on cervical HR-HPV infection of Damp-heat Pouring Downward Syndrome.The possible mechanism is to inhibit the expression of tumor gene fragments on the chromosome of host cells and prevent the malignant transformation of HR-HPV infection.
